They unapologetically ruined my pant set, both top and bottom. They left large discolored spots on both pieces and never mentioned it nor apologized when I bought it back to them. Refused to reimburse me after asking if I had a receipt. I delivered my receipt to them in less than 24 hours, but they refused to reimburse me. They were rude and never once apologized. This is the best cleaners in the state! They are courteous, knowledgeable and they have been in business for many years at the same location. This location cleans the items at the location so there is no transporting and the chance of losing any items. This location has the ability to clean an array of items; over the years they have cleaned wedding dress, sleeping bags, quilts, furniture covers, tablecloths, rugs and regular items such as shirts and other garments. The staff will tell you if they can not clean and/or treat the item you bring them and there have been a few that they could not do for me. They have always done a good job even when presented with a challenge. The results were surprising even when I did not expect the stain to come out. The pricing is reasonable and the time is impeccable. The items are ready when they the staff says they are ready and if there is an immediate need, they do their best to accommodate you. I have gone to them with emergencies and last minute and they have always helped me out without charging me extra or the if there is an extra charge it is stated up front so you know what to expect and what you are truly spending. They do a good job on a dependable schedule with a fair price and they are dependable to be there and open time and time again! The staff bends over backwards to help you and they are open early and stay late to meet the working schedule of the general public. Horrible service. My husband and I have been using this place for over 20 years. And had awesome service up until a couple years ago. I've been told speciality prices on some items and then come to pick up and my bill is over 200. And them tell me sorry oh well they quoted you wrong. I had to pay or I couldn't pick up my work items. Also tore curtains that I sent to be cleaned. Then today I go to drop off on a Friday before 2 and was told I couldn't have my items back before Tuesday after 6. That's 4 days when we used to get next day service if dropped off by 3 read more

I went to this location to have my uniforms cleaned for a last minute business trip. I felt that they were very courteous and thorough. I asked for medium starch, but because of the uniform's material, they said that they wouldn't do it for liability purposes. I understood, but since I'd had them starched before, I knew that the uniforms would've been fine starched. No biggie. They had my uniforms ready when promised and even gave me a law enforcement discount! The uniforms look great and I'm sure I'll be back again! Great job! I have used this as a preferred cleaners for several years, but am quite disappointed with the service. They ruined a sequined, dry clean only shirt and didn't seem to care when I went back up to discuss the situation with them. I've called on two occasions to talk with a manager or owner, left my phone number and still have not heard back from anyone. The worker that answered the phone the second time was extremely rude. I will not be going back and would hate to have others in the same situation as I am in. I can no longer purchase this shirt. read more

One of my very expensive dress came out with a missing bead and they said they couldn't do anything about it since they are not responsible...well if I'm a consumer that trust you with my clothing I believe you are responsible for the item. Just think if a mechanic and they took out your BMW and damages it and said its not their not responsible. Same concept. They ended up finding it, but the process of getting them to look for it was not the most fun. read more

I have used this cleaners several times and was pleased until I took a blouse that had pleated sleeves a very expensive blouse and they were not equipped to do the sleeves and did not tell me at the time I left it. The sleeves were ruined, they offered me a discount but told me I would have to give them the blouse! I have never been back. read more

We've used Reino for the last 18 months - as cleaners go they've done an ok job. Whites are never white, sometimes hang sweaters vs fold and it leaves bumps in the shoulders, but ok job. However they ruined a brand new linen jacket and lost a brand new shirt totaling $500. After months of promising to pay for the items, the owner has gone MIA. Won't return my calls and when you call the store they say "well he's like that - I'm sorry". Too bad for Reino as we have about $500 of cleaning per month. I guess the owner is willing to sacrifice that. read more

Sonia, Yolanda and all the ladies at the Reino Cleaners understand the word service, they see you drive up and your clothes are ready for pick up. They know their customers and they do great work. The work is done entirely in house so no send out and no losses or thefts. They are priced inordinarily low for the services they provide. This is a full service cleaners they tackle leather, suede, duvet, quilt, elegant dress clothes, you name it - they do it! They do it well. The hours are generous they open at 7 AM and they close at 7 PM and they have after hours lockers for pick up if necessary - everything for their customers! Their storefront is clean and well managed. I would not take anything to anyone else! They get out the impossible stains and normal stuff too! They do all my ironing because I hate to iron and they will do it the way you ask for it - it is always beautiful workmanship. Reino Cleaners is the best!!!! read more
