So we contacted Mario's, he agreed with our diagnosis of what was causing the water issue, got a quote and determined a date to bring the vehicle in. They removed all necessary paneling to access our problem, fixed the issue and tied the tubing to prevent future issues (that probably should have been done in the manufacturing process.) I waited to do this review until there were some massive rain storms, and the issue is definitely fixed. Luigi was great to work with, pricing was reasonable, he was realistic on timing (2 days since they had other cars in the shop and were anticipating the parts to arrive that day.) I actually got the car back the next day and Luigi walked me through what they did. Not only was it fixed but they cleaned up some of my interior and exterior; they went above and beyond (my tires and rims looked brand new.) We've taken other vehicles here and all of our experiences are consistent- their honesty/integrity, complete great work timely, they don't oversell on things you don't need and have fair pricing.

That's called being responsible. Not misleading. Drop-off timing: You told me it was okay to drop off the car and that I could pick it up the following Friday. You later called to extend the timeline twice, asking for additional weeks.
