I own a Classic last year Cadillac Eldorado that needed a replacement hood painted. I was told the painter had 30 years in paint. When I got a call that my car was ready, to my surprise, the repainted hood was loaded with dirt that had been painted over. Instead of removing the front grill, it was covered over leaving a heavy break line. Worse than the incompetent painter, no one including the paint Manager found this to be a problem. I rejected it of course and informed them, that I expected better, to take their time and get it right. Weeks later I once again got a call to pickup my car. This time there were craters and dirt . Angrily I pointed this out to the person there, pointing out the issues. He said he would inform the paint manager Dan. A one Star because the painter did manage to get the paint on the hood. Finally I was abled to get my car out of that hell hole. The paint wasn't perfect, but it would only get worse with repeated repairs. Avoid this place if you care about your vehicle. Can you imagine a Paint Shop that would paint over a sanded Hood and not blow and tack off, as well as an alcohol rag wipe before painting and then get by the Body shop manager . read more

Visited two weeks ago for tire pressure check and stuck ashtray. Mike addressed both concerns immediately after my arrival at no charge. Returned yesterday for an oil change and interior detail. They did a great job at a reasonable price within the time frame I was given. Staff is friendly and professional. Sharing conversation with the transportation driver John was very pleasant. I need a reflector replaced on my Equniox and the dealership quoted me $490 with parts and labor. Prior to taking my car to the dealership I checked YouTube videos, to see the installation process. I wasn't confident in doing it myself even though it looked super easy. So, I found a deal for this company at work. Originally they quoted me $100 for parts and labor because they said the bumper had to be removed. The dealership also said this, but when I took my car it they only charged me for the part which was $21.17. I can't thank you all enough for saving me money for such a small detail. The dealership tried to say "well we don't know what's wrong underneath the bumper. Bull crap it was just the reflector that was broken. read more

Took my car in because it's a AAA authorized collision center and was close. Passed by it a hundred times and it doesn't look like much from the street. You'd almost think it was a struggling business - - but don't let the outside fool you - - It's a large place that's really busy - but hustling and bustling. Drove into the garage to four lanes marked "Estimates". (Looks like you're dropping off a rental car in an airport.) The office is a bank of lights to the right after you pass the door to the huge work bay. Noticed all kinds of cars being worked on (domestic, imports - a custom colored Porsche Cayenne was there). Appears they work on everything. My car got hit while parked in a parking lot. Have a year old car with a strange silver paint color. Was skeptical that anyone would be able to match the color... or come close, but they did. I worked with Mike, and the reason I liked this place is he called to say he didn't like the 1st color match paint and wanted to work on it a bit longer. I appreciate when a business 1.) manages my expectations (he thought it would be 4 days, but called to ask for more time) 2.) they are critical and care about their quality and communicated with the customer. They are a super busy shop, so be speak up and be specific with your communication- if you need your car by a specific day or want to be called for an update before the ESTIMATED completion date. I asked that Mike call me on the status because I knew it was going to be a challenge matching this specific color - and he did - which I appreciated. Picked up my car & was pleasantly surprised that it was cleaned inside & out and wheels were detailed. Didn't expect this in this day & age without asking & paying separately. I am not from the area and have only been in Michigan for a bit over a year. I haven't been able to find an honest & consistent auto shop and have tried over 5. I work in the Auburn Hills/Pontiac area and was referred to Auburn Collision Center by one of my coworkers. Prior to having work done on my car I was quoted a price for brakes, rotors, asked them to check my AC which was leaking. Mike called me and told me the cost and also changed my oil for a inexpensive cost. I was very happy with both the price, quality & honesty of the staff and will continue to refer business to the Auburn Collision Center. I highly recommend them! read more

I had my car repaired at Auburn Collision and picked it up yesterday. My car looks amazing! (not sure it looked that good before) The car was obviously repaired perfectly but the rest of the car was cleaned and buffed out so the area of repair did not look any different from the rest of the car. My car is 8 years old and it looks so great! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it took much longer to repair than initially quoted. Not sure I can blame Auburn since the horrible January weather prevented parts to be delivered on time. I was unsure about this place since it was not exactly close to home, but I am glad that I took the advice of my mechanic and had them repair the car. Thank you Gary!!!! read more
