It almost been a week and I am still tender, lots of hair was missed and my skin is just agitated in general. I've never had issues being sensitive to waxing before, and the girl who did it sold me a cream that she applied to me afterwards and said "this is good for people with sensitive skin." I paid $80 and could've gotten a full body anywhere else. I expected to be smooth like a furless cat, and I can't even exfoliate because my skin is so tender. I love this place but I will probably never try a Brazilian with them again. Please be aware of who is servicing you and what they're using!

The salon is very nice on the inside with one salon chair,the washing station and two blow dryers. Depending on what services you get will of course depend on when you get out but I will say it never takes me more than two hours. Shanice has cared for my hair from it being damaged previously at another salon and brought it back to life. I wanted color on my hair and she gave me the best answer I've ever heard. She said let's wait,I need to look at your hair and we will go from there. She let me know my hair was not ready for color and I needed to wait until my hair was treated. So obviously I thought this would be a good experience. NOT! The first threader I told her I wanted to keep my eybrows natural, clean up and a little shape. Well, it did feel right and her pull was not what I'm.accustomed. I asked to see what it look like. My skin looked like ant bites. Skin just broken and red from the threading. This is not going to work. I should have left right then. The owner had another threader, an older lady to.take over. She tried to appease by putting something on the right eyebrow. She starts on the left eyebrow. Her touch and.pull was definitely lighter. So again, I said just a clean up and keep natural brow. She asked if she could aloe Vera gel on.. I.agreed. I should have not. Recommendation. Use fresh aloe or rose water. That gel is not nautral and has hint of alcohol in it. So here's the kicker......after I leave and I'm n in sunlight is when I can clearly see my left brow was butchered and does not even look like the right brow! So now I have to walk around 3 weeks looking like a fool! I regret I paid cash and even tipped at this point. I wouldn't recommend unless the owner is willing to do the service herself or if you just don't mind taking a chance losing a few $6+ $2 tip & your natural brow shape!

What I like about her cutting technique is that it's always precise and on point. She listens to me and does exactly how I describe or if I decide to bring in a picture she gives me exactly what I want. She is able to handle all types of hair without skipping a beat. I have seen very few people who are as confident and comfortable as she is with a pair of scissors while handling so many different types of hair. I'm not a fan of salons especially here in Atlanta, so having someone cut my hair and give me what I want without spending hours in a salon and paying tons of money is priceless in my book. Not to mention that the cut is only $15! I can get an appointment for the same day or even walk right in and I'm out in no time at all.

I came to this salon because I had seen multiple positive reviews and their website looked like a…read morehigh-end salon so I was expecting a decent experience. First, it's taken months to even make an appointment because whenever I called they never had any availability. When I walked in on time for my appointment I was ignored for 20 minutes and finally they took me in and I asked for partial highlights. The furniture and décor was all super old and dingy. It looked nothing like what their website promised. Noemi saw the picture of the color I wanted, completely ignored that, and started using harsh bleach on my black hair. After washing it out, I had uneven blotchy highlight patches of bleached blonde and black hair and all my roots were extremely brassy. This is when Carla stepped in to help out and instead of trying to fix it, they decided to add more bleach to the roots. After washing my hair about 5-6 times and putting some weird harsh chemical on my head that made my scalp burn, I realized that my hair had completely turned white along with a few black strands left over. She did not put a towel around my neck so the entire back of my sweater was soaking wet. Also, my hair is FRIED and BREAKING at this point. Then, Noemi starts having an attitude and mumbling under her breath even though I am being nothing but polite through this whole situation, even though I'm terrified at the state of my hair. Noemi blow dried my hair with such high heat that it burned the skin on my ear. I appreciate Carla for being sweet and trying to save my hair, but it was too late. This is going to be an expensive color correction at another salon, but I learned my lesson the hard way and eventually decided to just leave. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO HAIR. Save yourself the time and energy of having to fix their mistakes and just do. Not. Go. Here.
