No real complaints on pedicure... wish she could have been a little firmer with the foot rub, but she did a good job. My manicure and gel nails took forever. I was kinda annoyed at that. I don't know... is 2 hours typical for getting pedicure and gel nails? Maybe so. My biggest complaint is after spending all that money, my nails started chipping 5 days later. And here we are about 8 days later and many of my nails have either lifted or chipped off. Kinda disappointing. I was hoping for 2 weeks.

It has not been 2 weeks and I've gone back to get one nail repaired because the acrylic broke off and I wanted to save my natural nail. After getting that nail repaired 2 nails completely broke off, the nail I just had repaired chipped again and another nail chipped. Of course I'm frustrated because my natural nails are broken. Mind you I do not do any extensive work and they broke while doing nothing. I feel like they may have changed product or have slacked on the quality of service....unfortunately I will have to lower my rating. ************* Original Review: Back in GA again and needed to have my nails done before heading to NY. I checked Yelp reviews and after checking out this businesses Facebook page I decided to come to this establishment. I came in at 2:25 and no one greeted me. I walked to the counter and still no one greeted me. I looked at the clipboard and assumed that I just write my name and services needed. I waited 45 mins before being acknowledged. I watched another lady who came in after me leave because no one even said anything to her. It was also her first time visiting the establishment. Two ladies came to me within 10 minutes (after waiting an hour) to ask what services I wanted. I then waited another 15 minutes before being serviced. While sitting here I noticed free WiFi is available and they require $10 in order to use a credit card. There are no price listings and I saw a couple people ask about pricing for services. All that being said Nora did my nails and I loved them. I had my gel polish removed from my natural nails and acrylic added and they are perfect. I had a great conversation with Nora and she apologized for my wait as soon as I sat at the bar and thanked me for being patient and waiting. Establishment is clean and well lit. Parking was easy with a large lot shared with some other stores. Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided during your treatment. Their deluxe pedicure was gentle and relaxing. My biggest tif was the gel application was a little sloppy having had flooded my cuticles on about half of my toes. Mimi was very friendly and kind enough to provide some coupon for my friends and I after check out. May come back to use them in the future but they do expire in 6 months.

Turns out this is a few doors down from Nam Dae Mun, US Cafe Express and The Mint Leaf Indian Restaurant. I was greeted nicely once I walked in - not yelled or shouted out. They asked if I had an appointment (no) but still told them what I wanted and I was told to login on their kiosk. From there I picked out a color for my toes and told them American mani on my hands. I may have waited about 10 min and was asked to wash my hands. Then we got started at the mani table and later moved to the spa seat for my feet. I was offered a water - nice touch and they showed the menu for spa services. I chose the Deluxe Pedi which includes a jelly pedicure foot soak! I loved this and never had it before. It keeps your water warm and feet soft. They also use hot towels after the scrub and a steamer. Top tier service, very nice nail techs and there's a $5 off offer when you provide a Google review. Now, this will cost a pretty penny but for a self-care day or special occasion - it's worth it! $159.00 included gel American mani and deluxe gel pedi. They also do brows and lash services.
