I booked the Signature Head Spa Ritual for my birthday and it was the perfect way to celebrate. This was my first head spa experience and Rejuv set a very high bar. The minute you walk in, the environment feels healing, relaxing, and nurturing. Real thought was put into the ambiance, and that same attention to detail carries through to how they anticipate what a client needs and expects. Star was my provider and she was wonderful. I asked for deep tissue pressure on my head, shoulders, feet, and hands, and she delivered exactly that. She listened, checked in, and adjusted throughout. It is rare to ask for something specific and have it done that well without having to repeat yourself. The Toshiyoku waterfall was the standout. Warm water flowing over your scalp with the sound running past your ears is a genuinely different sensory experience, and I did not expect it to be that calming. The products were lovely too. There was a cooling sensation on my scalp that lasted, and my hair felt nourished rather than stripped. The whole team made me feel special from the moment I walked in, which is exactly the feeling that everyone should experience. I will absolutely be back to try their other treatments. read more

Great experience getting the 60 minute refresh head spa ($160) and 5-step deep conditioning hair therapy add-on ($80)! They used Milbon Japanese products leaving your hair silky and hydrated. The service comes with shampoo and scalp massage, arm massage and of course the water crown that everyone loves. They have heated weighted blankets and regular blankets. Soteria was lovely and made me comfortable, and Miriam at the front desk is so nice. It's clean inside and they even give you a blow out after (not just a blow dry!). They also gave me some Milbon samples to take home. Parking is easy since it's in the Calabasas Plaza. Definitely give this place a try. read more

OMG! The long awaited Head Spa-in CV & VC?! What wait - this is only supposed to be in the Arcadia and Monterey Park areas! I won't have to drive MILES away and use my sad Chinese to communicate!!! Or spend a whole lotta in BH?! I was walking by this new salon-after meeting a friend in Calabasas for some bagel nosh and popped my head in. The owner was there and gave me a quick preview of what is to be had so I guess this was a soft SOFT opening? I was shocked because they were still stocking and staging. To be honest I don't like being touched for a prolonged time and usually allow the 10 min massage at hair salons in SGV-but I have never felt so many tingles! I walked out feeling relaxed and fresh. The establishment is beautifully decorated and designed to allow for the experience to be peaceful and the space tells you that it is all about sensory. Smells, touch, calm visuals- far from all the tech at our hands and the busyness of or daily life! I love the personal touches! They have hooks to hang your clothes, a basket to store your purse or clothes, soft cozy blankets, slippers, robes, soft plush towels, trays to hold your jewelry-the owner said there are more things coming but this is what I noticed from my first step in the space and a quick visual observation. They offer tea, coffee, spa water-and when you walk in past the bagel smells-also great-is an aromatic experience that make you want to leave with their scent! Which is not for purchase sadly. Wow! This was me and husband's first head spa experience and it was amazing. We were greeted with very friendly faces and almost immediately got put into our separate private rooms. We chose the restore head spa ritual and highly recommend! I have eczema on my neck and Mona added a calming spray to ease the flare up I was having, I'm so glad they had that spray! I also tend to have a sensitive scalp and loved all the products they used. Mona and Evette were so wonderful, they made the experience so relaxing, I would definitely come back and ask for them. Some moments definitely felt like ASMR, so satisfying! My husband had a wonderful time and since he had shorter hair, he got more massage time. At the end, we enjoyed a cup of hot tea as they dried our hair. They also gave me a cute cupcake for my birthday! There was a slight payment issue when they thought my card wasn't on file but it was but then it turned it out it wasn't. Hilda at the front desk was very kind and was apologetic. What an amazing experience! From the moment you walk in everything is perfect. Plenty of parking, easy to make an appointment, the staff is wonderful, and the interior of the store is top notch!
