The scrub was ok and the woman who worked on me was great but to be honest for the price there are much better Korean spas in Korea town. With better facilities more amenities with the same cleanliness as this salon for a much much more reasonable price and they are Korean owned which I try my best to support. I found the products mediocre and left me feeling almost sticky feeling even after I had to come home to shower, and for 250 dollars I would rather the extra miles to basically any ktown spa. The vibes were not good I felt more awkward in a robe making tea than I usually do strutting around naked using amenities. It's a pass for me in the future. read more

Went to Pellequr with my mom, and we both had a wonderful experience! It's a small, cozy, and super cute spot...very clean and private, which I really appreciated. The scrub was amazing, and I love that the treatment rooms are closed off for extra privacy. I would have loved a bit more of a massage, but it was still such a relaxing experience. My mom was really happy with hers...her therapist included a massage along with the scrub, which she enjoyed. So I guess it depends on who you get! I'd like to give it 3.5 stars if I could. Not quite a 4. Starting with the good- Super friendly lady at front, easy to check in. Treatment was mostly very relaxing and nice. Loved the warm water. Felt really nice. Not so good- Treatment was overly aggressive some times with the scrub. Laying face down is very uncomfortable. Hair care wasn't good for me. I looked like a poodle with really frizzy hair. The facilities left a lot to be desired which is my biggest disappointment. There is no spa area as you will know, but the waiting area had no magazines, cold water for tea and you had to make your own tea bags but nothing was labeled so not sure how, and Kirkland mixed nut packets. Wasn't enticing at all or on par with a nice spas. Seems like a really easy fix though. read more

Let's start with the good! This spa is absolutely gorgeous and the scrub left my skin glowing and feeling good as new! It's become my monthly routine now. I can visibly see the difference of my skin every time I leave. The spa also has a nice seating area while you wait and all the amenities you could need to do your hair after the wash. I only have two complaints: 1) The bed where you lay for the scrub is a little uncomfortable when you're laying on your stomach, face down. 2) I'm not sure if their employees are massage certified. Most of the massage (after the scrub) was pleasant. However, there were several times were it was rather painful, and I had to ask her to be very gentle. I am absolutely in love with Pellequr Spa! I can't believe that I have found a place where I can get a fantastic Korean body scrub, CBD Lymphatic drainage massage, and facial all in the same area. Before I found Pellequr, I use to drive to Koreatown to get an OK body scrub, and it was never followed with that great of a massage. Pretty disappointed with my experience with Pellequr. I saw on social media that many influencers recommended their Zen Pen (CBD). I have been really looking to give something like this a try, and Pellequr's CBD products stood out to me as they were 100% pure CBD, as opposed to other CBD products that have harmful additives and/or THC. Unfortunately, my experience was not as great as I'd hoped - probably because I'm not some white influencer with 100K on Instagram. First - Prior to receiving my order I messaged the brand asking them a simple question about brand ownership and they rudely responded that I should have checked the website. They made it seem like I was wasting their time. Second - My pen was defective. When I notified Pellequr their response was that it was not defective and that they would not issue me a new Zen Pen. Third - After responding to their email, I never received a reply from them. Finally I "followed up" 1.5 weeks later in which they sent me a return label. Nothing else. I just have issues with brands like this who truly only cater to white influencers with lots of followers on social media. I think Pellequr's customer service is lacking and I now know that their online persona is just that - a persona. Not meant for every customer. read more

Silva is just the sweetest doll ever, not only is her energy inviting but it makes your time at Pellequr worthwhile! I got the highly recommended cupping facial with Hailey, and they were not wrong. Everyone needs to get a cupping facial at Pellequr!!! This facial was one of the best ever from how Hailey informed me of my problems areas and what I can do as at home care to help alleviate these flaws, and how I quite literally fell asleep during this facial! My skin was glowing, radiating, beaming, call it what you want! Now it will be routine to get a scrub followed with a cupping facial, epic combo! I also got the gua sha facial during my visit here on another day, and that was also a must! There was a visible difference of NO water retention on my face after both of these facials. I've gotten a body scrub once a month ever since I was about 15 (now 25, even though I look 19). My mom and I decided to check this place out because we heard all these celebrities go here and love it. Yes, the waiting area is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but I'm there for a scrub and massage, not to sit in a cute area. Yes, the rooms are all private, but there's no steam room or sauna, no hot or cold tub, and no showers. This is great for celebrities because they get to be in a private area for their scrubs. That being said, no one would care if I walked around naked in a spa (thank Jesus). Other spas have countless amenities which you get to enjoy for an unlimited amount of time before and after your treatment (only costing you $80 with the scrub and hot oil massage). Over here the regular massage with the scrub was $200! No amenities. Yea I got a complimentary drink, but I could pay $2 and get that at the other locations too. Sure they have CBD oil infused massages, but for someone who regularly works out and uses a foam roller and sauna, I didn't need it. TLDR...you're paying for the location, privacy and cute aesthetic. If you don't care about walking around in your birthday suit at a Korean spa with countless amenities, then go there instead. read more

Waste of money and time. I drove up from San Diego after seeing this place on TV. The website made the CBD treatment sound enticing. I walked in and the lady up front was very kind, welcoming and helpful. That's one of the only pluses. So they don't carry bigger than a size Large robes and i wear a XXL so i had to take two larger robes and use one to cover my front and one to cover the back. It was embarrassing. Management if you're reading this please get size inclusive robes so the next person isn't humiliated like me. The lady scrubbed my body which was great, I've gotten Korean body scrubs before and it was exactly like what I've gotten before. The "massage" part consisted of her aggressively rubbing oil on my skin. There was no massage or "long relaxing strokes" and there was no scalp massage either. She roughly shampooed my hair which took no more than 2 minutes. I asked for a foot massage add on and didn't get that either. I made sure i wasn't charged for it. What i got was a basic scrub. Not a relaxing experience and not worth $200. You're paying for privacy is all. And honestly I'm not even sure she used CBD, she used oil from a large white bottle and i didn't smell any CBD, which I'm very familiar with. While vacationing in BH with my sister for our annual sister trip, which generally consists of eating amazing food, shopping and spa-ing, we decided to try this place out (If it's good enough for Kim K it's good enough for us!!) We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our appointment. In that time, we filled out a little paperwork, changed into our slippers and robes and enjoyed a little hot tea and snacks. Before we knew it we were shown to our respective rooms for our treatments. We each got the upgraded body scrub with CBD for only a $20 up-charge (go big or go home, right?!) We LOVED our treatments.. the ladies we had were fantastic and SO strong. My wife loves this place. She goes here all the time and I've never heard her say anything other than "amazing!" Personally... I haven't made it past the second set of doors (yet lol) as it's women only, but it's easy to see that everything about this place is first class. The staff is extremely friendly and informative, the quality of their products they both use and sell are top notch, and the overall presentation and attention to detail, second to none. There's a reason celebrities with access to anywhere on the planet choose to come here. They're also extremely generous and will often gift my wife and I with products to sample. The owner was rude. There was no key on my lock for the locker and they don't have a duplicate for the lock. We did not complain when it took them so long to get a locksmith however owner looked so irritated and was rushing me to change my clothes even if her employee said i can't go inside the dressing room coz locksmith was still there!
