I met Glenn Kelly the Owner of Rescom Carpet Cleaning when he was working for another company (not…read morerelated to carpet cleaning), that I use at my Apartment Complex in Hudson Ohio. Glenn came to me this year and informed me he was leaving the company and he was starting his own Carpet Cleaning Company. It was perfect timing, I just start looking for another carpet cleaner. We talked and he explained the new Dry-Tech Cleaning Method that he uses and how it differs from other cleaning methods that are used by most companies. I was very pleased with his knowledge and scheduled a unit for him to clean the following week. Glenn showed up on time, in a uniform with his company name. (Very professional). I decided to have him clean an occupied one bedroom apartment. The carpet was very dirty/stained and matted down near the patio, kitchen/dining area and near the entrance door. I wish I would have taken pictures of the carpet before and after because it was night and day after Glenn was done. I know it is such a silly over used statement (night and day) but the carpet looked brand new. I had called the resident and told him the carpet turned out great and would be dry in about an hour. He laughed at me do to the stains and said there was no way it came clean, and no way it would be dry that fast. He called about two hours later when he came home from work and was shocked that it was stain free and dry. He had his friend / boss over later that evening and he was so impressed with the job Glenn did he called me the next day and wanted to know the company I used and asked for the number for his friend / boss . Being in the Property Management Business I need the best of the best when it comes to contractors. They need to be on time, they need be professional, and they need to do the job that I am paying for. The quality of Glenn's work was outstanding. He took his time and did what he does best. I have had several carpet cleaning companies over the years come in and clean a one or two bedroom apartment in an hour and it did not look like they did anything so I had to replace the carpet. I thought it was because the carpet was unclean able. I was wrong it was unprofessional companies I used. I know now, I just need Glenn Kelly Owner of Rescom Carpet Cleaning.
