this is a review for the new receptionist that have taken over. im leaving this review for the lack of professional courtesy that was made today. i had a 10am appointment today for an adjustment with dr johnson. i've never had any issues previous times as the others have mostly been nice and accomodating. after already had confirmed my appointment. i received a voicemail at 10:08 telling me that i had missed my appointment and to call back to reschedule. 8 minutes! atleast have some courtesy to ask if im running late or if im still able to make it. to make matters worse, when i arrived, i was half way thru my appointment only to find out that my dr wasnt even in the office and was told that she had called in sick and that i would be treated by another doctor. and somehow that couldn't be addressed in the voicemail that was made. my confirmation text clearly shows that my appointment was with dr johnson. after already being frustrated by the voicemail i received, i just walked out and told them i'll call to make another appointment for a future date. hopefully they could find some sort of stability. read more

Kinda prolonged this review, sorry guys. All I have to say is that everyone that worked with me was dope and fantastic. They all help me in a way and made sure I recovered fast. For those who have kids, there super good with kids, I did bring my daughter and it was nothing but good times the team would know, so don't be shy about bring the little ones. For the yoga part I think is one of the greatest idea they have, I think have that 15mins of time to relax, stretch, and reflect should be in everyday routine. Just help smooth out the day in my opinion. Overall I think anyone that goes there in good hands and we'll be treated very well. I am extremely disappointed in 20/20 Chiro. I decided to try them due to an online deal on laser treatments for wieghtloss. After the first visit, they put you into a room and try to sell you products, as well as multiple treatments at a discounted rate if you pay in full, and guarantee 20 pounds of wieghtloss. I spoke to a doctor/nurse who also gives the guarantee that if it doesn't work on you, since everyone's body is different, that you are able to get a refund, except for the at-home products. We also sat together in the office & completed the math on the discounted price of each session if I paid in full immediately. This guarantee they offered was the one reason that I agreed to try this. I had even called to set up appointments for the upcoming week at one point when the doctor happened to answer the phone & said that additional sessions per week would not speed up or help the process. After weeks of seeing no results, I expressed my concerns. I had another consultation with a doctor who assured me that if I started coming additional days per week, that would help. I tried this for weeks with still not ANY result. As I went to cancel & receive my refund on everything but the physical products, I was extremely disappointed in being lied to. Not only did they charge me for the physical products, but they also charged me full price for every useless session. This does not work. The staff is pleasant, but it is because they know that you have been lied to by them. They offered a guarantee, but they did stick to the guarantee. They talked me out of canceling sooner so they could up the price of the sessions when NO results AT ALL were seen in order to ensure that they took as much money as they possibly could from me. The guarantee was a lie, the discounted session price if the payment was paid upfront in full was another lie, the fact that I was told visit one & talked into this ALL due to a guarantee they did not honor is actually quite appalling. Do not fall for this scam. They clearly cared about my money & not keeping their word for a good reputation. read more

Got in a car accident (fender bender), and originally went to a different chiropractor for about a month with NO RESULT. After a month, Ive finally had it, and decided to ask my lawyer for a different chiropractor who is actually going to make me feel better. This place came highly recommended. I came in with such bad neck and upper back, where it was hard for me to turn my neck even slightly. My first visit was may be an hour long, where Dr Bauer evaluated me to fit a plan that best suits me. He quoted me a time frame, in which he achieved what he had promised and more. My ear ache from a pinched nerve on my neck that is what probably was causing the radiating pain went away with a few adjustments. I was going to get a pain shot to help alleviate the pain, but to my surprise, the adjustments and treatment with this chiropractic office alone helped. My daily appointments looked like: Yoga - which totally helped with my stretches and breathing. Stem Therapy- (I think I got that right) Adjustments and .. an occasional relaxing massage in the chair. The staff are soooo nice ! Everyone in the office are so personable and just know each person very well. I come in and get greeted by my name all the time. It really felt like I have been going to them forever, cause of their hospitality, even when I am having the worst day. I definitely come out of the clinic smiling every time. I went to another chiropractor before this place and they couldn't get my lower back and neck alignment corrected when I kept going there 3 times a week. This place is the Nordstrom's of Chiropractic offices! When you walk into the office you are immediately greeted with a smile. I was made to feel as if I was the only client. The office is beautifully decorated and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere when I walked into the door. I was a little worried about the yoga part of it at first; but the stretching proved to be very helpful. My yoga instructor Bridgette was attentive, knowledgeable and very careful. Dr. Bauer - the chiropractor definitely knows what he's doing. I am very picky when it comes to chiropractors. I actually took the time to interview him first. His adjustment and bedside manner is very very good. He asked a lot of questions and was very thorough during my visit. The deluxe massage chair at the end was my favorite. That chair is the Rolls Royce of chairs!! This place is amazing! I think I have a pretty good idea of how a visit goes etc. This doctor is all about the insurance payout from car accidents and honestly it shows. I went in for a follow up since I paid for it, but all I was talked to about was out of pocket pricing to see him again, no adjustment, and no testing of range of motion (I wasted an hour going there and back home).
