Poor customer service & unfriendly new owners. If you've been a customer in the past you should know Anna is no longer there and the new owners/mgmt do not share her people skills. In the past I would've given 5 stars to this place when it was owned by the previous owner Anna. I was unaware she sold the business and visited today after not coming for a few months. I was told they are not accepting any of her gift certificates and I have 3 unused. I understand it's under new ownership but I find it poor customer service to not even accept 1 since I was unaware of the new policy & ownership and they acknowledged they hadn't seen me so I didn't know they were no longer valid. Their reasoning was that they didn't issue them and she took all the money when she sold them their business, but they're operating under the same name. They had an attitude and sometimes it's not what's said but how it's said. To be fair the woman I saw today was pleasant and did a good job. I just won't be returning or referring them anymore due to their poor customer service & losing the value of 3 gift certificates. It's not like they're over a year old either, apparently they stoped accepting them July 31st. And I spoke with the owners who could've made an exception for at least one since I was made aware of their new policy today. I'm in a field where I have referred many people here, on a daily basis, and being in customer service myself would have at least accepted 1 as a courtesy and been relayed the information nicely. I will no longer recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

I came here after a flight back from vacation and it was very welcoming. The place was extremely clean and the lady behind the desk was so sweet. A man did my massage for an hour and it was very relaxing. The price wasn't bad either $50 for an hour. I even asked the lady working there if after I could stay for a little and wait for my ride home and she said it was fine. The staff was very attentive and they offered me water before and after the massage. I would definitely come back here when I'm in the area. read more

Been looking for a local spot in Bay Ridge as I am working remotely and am not around the corner from my usual city spot. I have tried a couple of other Bay Ridge spots, both spas and chinese massage spots and although some of them were good, it wasn't the back/muscle/neck discomfort relief I was looking for. I googled Tui Na which was the style that was associated with the city spot (although it literally might just mean a hand massage). I called ahead to ensure they had an opening. Room I was placed in was like a full spa room. Massage was everything I looking for, strong and focused on getting the knots in my neck and shoulders. I think you could ask for a lighter touch if you needed but I was looking for more of a therapeutic massage. Everyone was very friendly, the price is right, will be trying it again. :) read more

Great massage! The only bad thing about this place that personally I didn't like, is the way they demanded a higher tip, very aggressive and rude when I gave him $10 tip. He refused to take it and demanded more than $15, I was perplexed. Not sure if I want to come back! read more

The location is clean, quiet, and comfortable. My massage therapist was excellent and very effective. This was definitely an intense massage - I was squirming at times - but I knew my body needed it! The first time i went it was pretty nice.. the guy they had working there was a good and was very polite.BUT this time. Terrible. The massage was ok. More painful then anything, but the worst part was the lady's attitude. Demanding more of a tip and practically throwing her stupid business card andddd then continued to bad mouth me and my friend in Chinese. So rude. Never going back there. No even if it was free.
