Very similar to tang spa set-up with foot massages in front and individual/ couple massages in the back. I thought they used the space very efficiently and each Individual unit is pretty spacious. The decor is simplistic but still spa - like and very clean. My masseuse was Tammy and I asked for "hard" and she delivered. My upper back and shoulders were tight and she spent a good amount of time to work on those areas and pressure was smooth, consistent and hard . Perfect for what I needed. She applied hot stones at one point. The towel to wipe away the oil was hot which I like but if you don't like hot , let the masseuse know. In terms of the actual massage, it felt more like a rub with lots and lots and lotssssssss of oil, so much that I asked for a towel when she was done cause I was THAT oily. She focused mainly on my shoulders/upper back and went over this same area, completely missing my lower back, buttocks, thighs and calves. Well, this isn't completely accurate - to be fair, she rubbed oil in these areas. I expected to leave the establishment feeling relaxed and less tense but I left feeling the same. I was asked by the lady taking my appointment for feedback, which I gladly gave and was asked to come back and try a different masseuse in my next visit. I understand this is common business language to get customers to return, but I can't help but express that there should be standardized techniques - what if I come back and don't like the technique of the new masseuse? Will you ask me to come back to try a third masseuse? I understand if the client asks you to focus on specific areas (to which I did not, hence the importance of a standardized technique), but how was I supposed to know while making the appointment that she was only going to spend 90 mins on my shoulders and rub oil on the rest of my body? More importantly, how do you guarantee *consistency* for customer retention? Anyway, this review isn't specific to the masseuse which is why I haven't mentioned her name - I'm sure she's amazing in her own ways and requested by clients who prefer gentle rubs. I was really excited about this second location as it's much closer to home, however, I expected better customer service as I left feeling like I was out of $80+tip. I'm happy to pay as long as I receive the service in which I paid for. For context, I asked for partial comp service for my next visit, which to be fair, makes sense since she did not massage (only rubbed) my lower back, buttocks, thighs and calves. The lady taking appointments mentioned she would talk to the owner and get back to me "tomorrow", but it's been 5 days and I'm still waiting to hear back.......

They call the day before to confirm your appts which I thought was very nice. When we first got there for our original appt it seemed as though it was separate rooms at different time slots. There was def miscommunication between the bookings, confirming appts, and the website. Basically if you're booking a couples massage don't use the site. It's more for single bookings in my opinion. However Bianca, was so nice--she was able to accommodate us for another date (which we were fine with) at no charge. She calmed me down a lot being that I'm 9 months pregnant. Super sweet and just went beyond. So upon arriving for our actual appts--Bianca greeted us right away. Took our coats and we were led upstairs within 5 mins. They offered tea or water. They provided us robes/slippers and our own little cubby with a lock and key. We waited maybe 5 more mins after we got dressed --then we got taken upstairs. Very calming inside for sure. Andrew was superb! The best. Abs book with him. He was great. For a prenatal massage I felt amazing afterwards. He informed me that there will be times he's going to ask about guidance specifically the hips since that's where I'm bothered the most being that pregnant people can really only sleep on their sides. Just an amazing massage! Get the lavender scent--it's soooo good. My husband had Holly and she was super nice. He said he loved his first massage ever. She was great. She asked him any pain/problem areas. Glad to say my husband is into spas now lol. The massages and staff definitely made up for the miscommunication that happened in the beginning and happy that we didn't end up cancelling it. Def worth it. Price was under $300.
