I got to go over my implant sizing, met with both Dr. Richards and Dr. Boman, and they made me feel so comfortable and confident going into surgery. The OR staff was absolutely amazing. As someone who works in the OR/medical field myself, I know what great patient care looks like, and this team is truly exceptional. I think I was awake in the operating room for maybe a couple of minutes before I was peacefully asleep. When I woke up, I felt great--no nausea, just a little sleepy--and I was on my way very shortly after. My post-op appointment the next day just confirmed that traveling here was the right choice. Every single person I interacted with was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. That's something you don't always find, even in healthcare. I'm still early in my recovery, but I already love my results and couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Richards and his team.
