No sign was posted indicating hours and oh my goodness, it is a 24-hour store. I flagged a worker down who said they closed customer service because "everyone called in sick". It was 4pm. And then, reluctantly, because I was the only one there and looked confused, she said she would help me. Don't get me wrong, I was grateful to get the return processed. And as she was helping me, three more customers lined up. My recommendation, if staff is truly that low, please give the customer an alternative--go to the register and they will process the return. Also, the self check out registers were all closed. I love the new layout and displays, but Walmart, please allow your management staff the flexibility to change a process when something like this happens.

They wouldn't leave me alone, staring and accusing me with their attitude over THEIR malfunctioning equipment. I didn't even need them - the machines were the problem like the printer not working Then some white-haired lady with glasses (manager) gets called over without me asking for anyone. She walks up with this nasty "oh how can I help you" fake energy, acting like she's doing me a favor. Zero actual help. Just more attitude. When I explained the machines were broken, she was a total a****** too. I didn't catch her name because I was so disgusted and pissed off I just stormed out. They even had the nerve to act like buying groceries for my mom "wasn't allowed." What kind of backwards store is this? This place is very racist despite their check cashiers being Filipino. The profiling and harassment was obvious and disgusting. Broken machines + rude, accusatory staff who treat paying customers like thieves = never shopping here again. Avoid this Walmart at all costs. Corporate needs to train these people or fire them. Absolute trash service.

What distinguishes Dr. Choi from most physicians however, is the way he advocates for his patients. There have been times when I was physically, emotionally, or otherwise unable to advocate for myself, and he stepped into that role without hesitation. Knowing that someone was in my corner--someone who understood my history, listened to me, and genuinely cared about my well-being--made an immeasurable difference. After more than a decade as his patient, I don't view he simply as a physician.
