Beautiful spa and team but I was shocked at check out to be hit with the tip screen starting at 18%, places I've been before have never imposed a tip, especially for injectables being so expensive, who can afford to tip 150/200 dollars on top of that. Jade the PA has been doing my Botox for a couple of years now and there's no one I would trust more! She even did my Botox before my wedding (botox at least 3-4 months before your wedding day ) Jade is sweet but takes her job seriously. She won't steer you in the wrong direction! Jade previously worked in primary care so she knows her stuff. She can do hormone replacement and weight loss plans, but she knows when something else is up and you should be worked up for a medical issue first. The location is great and Pam is truly wonderful. However, I was disappointed to learn about the strict rescheduling policy, requiring a $200 fee if you're unable to reschedule 48 hours in advance. Especially for loyal customers, a bit more flexibility would go a long way. Honestly, at that price, I'd rather book a flight to New York or Miami than pay just to reschedule. In my opinion, a more customer-focused approach could really help the business thrive. In the past, my lip filler experiences were rough and the other injectors were quick, heavy-handed, and even with lidocaine it was painful, plus I always bruised badly afterward. I came in for the first time for masseter botox I've never had botox before so I was very nervous Helen helped me with all of my questions, concerns, and made the treatment very easy. I was very comfortable asking her all my questions. If your jaw is hurting and if you grind your teeth at night I highly recommend coming here to get Masseter Botox. I received Dysport as the injection I got 5 little pokes on each side of my jaw and when I left, my jaw instantly felt relaxed It did take a little over 2 for my jaw to relax I am still having a bad habit of clenching it during the day. But I am able to catch myself clenching and I can stop now. Before I didn't realize I was doing it so much until the morning after I woke up. Taking magnesium does help to relax the muscle Please ask for Helen when you come, I told myself I wish I would have done this sooner read more
