I have SO many positive things to say about Concierge! Last fall I did a consult with Dr. Martin and was so impressed with the facility, the staff and Dr. Martin herself. I had plastic surgery in November 2024 and had nearly 10 lbs of loose skin removed after losing 150 lbs. The whole team was amazing before, during and after my procedure. I had such a great experience that I've continued using their services. Recently I had a hydro facial with Bridget and I didn't realize how dry my skin was! It was amazing and I'll definitely be going back regularly to take better care of my aging skin. Most recently in March 2025, I saw Patrick for my first ever Botox experiment. I love this place! I was so nervous to try botox, but Lynn is so nice & down to earth and got excited with me. They have a points program as well (they keep track of it, you don't have to do anything), so I got $40 off my second appointment! They just moved into a big beautiful new space. The girls at the desk are very sweet and welcoming. I would highly recommend this spot if you are feeling nervous about botox. The price is right, and Lynn's suggestion on how many units seemed to err on the side of less is more (I am basing this on another consultation I had that quoted me literally double the cost and double the amount). Ok so I've waited to update this review because I was just going to leave it alone...but the yelper in me can't do it. I stopped using Dr C about 2-3 years ago. Her Botox pricing started going up and up...which was frustrating because I had been with her since the beginning It was more and more difficult to get a response time out of her. My friends and I all had a joker brow. Overall just very average now. I recently contacted her about Ultherapy and she was pretty responsive in the beginning but that slowly faded. I purchased a Youswoop for Botox from Concierge Medical Spa several months ago and wasn't sure what to expect. I had been wanting to try Botox and it was a great deal. The fact that the doctor will come to your house was what sealed it for me. I called to schedule an appointment and someone promptly called me back. They were very flexible with scheduling and seemed to work around the dates/times that worked best for me. When Pat arrived, she was completely professional and pleasant. She answered all of my questions and injected a few areas on my forehead. It was completely painless (just a couple of tiny pricks) and the results looked great. It takes a few days for the results to show, but the line in the middle of my forehead was pretty much gone within a week and it was completely smooth. Do not get dermal filler here. Everything is good until something goes wrong and they do not listen to what the client wants. I was told my cheek looked "gaunt" and the advice was to fill the area only to result in it looking irregular once the swelling subsided. The cannula placement left a 1/4" permanent scar in the cheek and I was told "I didn't do that". Yet during the procedure, the technician advised of "concern over the area" and I have subsequent photo's showing its healing. The amount of filler placed in the cheek area is such that it looks like an unnatural raised bump. An attempt to resolve and dissolve the filler was unsuccessful and there was no refund offered. Instead of an apology and plan to correct, the remedy is more of a cover up to avoid any wrongdoing with patronizing defensiveness. It would be great if they had just listened. read more

I went to Concierge yesterday for the first time after a friends recommendation. I saw Gena for a melasma issue I've been dealing with for years. I've seen other dermatologists and their "approach" just wasn't active or aggressive enough for my issues. Gena was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Melasma is very hard to treat especially in the hot summer months but we came up with a very proactive plan. I had the illuminize Peel done for the first time yesterday. There is no down time and I noticed results immediately. I also got several products (Hydroquinone) that will help counteract the effects of my sun damage and hyperpigmentation due to hormones and heat (melasma). I have a follow up appointment in two weeks time for a hydrafacial and will start a series of VI Peels closer to fall. I'm so happy to finally have a plan of action to treat and prevent this issue! I hate to have to write this review. I purchased a gift card online for a friend who is a client there about a week and a half ago, and entered an email with a typo in it (yes, my fault). I called Concierge immediately and told them. The woman I spoke to was very nice and said the CEO has to look into this and make the change in order for me to receive the gift card. She said she would call me back. I never heard back from her so I called later in the day. She told me the CEO was aware of it and it would be done within a couple of days (this was on a Friday). I never received a call back, so I called again on Monday or Tuesday and was assured it would be taken care of. Nothing. I called back two days later and was told the CEO is aware of it and it would be taken care of. Nothing. It has now been almost a week and a half ago and I have heard nothing from them. I paid them, they have my money, and they still haven't responded. That's why I'm writing this review. I will never purchase another gift card from them. read more

The med spa is CLEAN and in my opinion offers the best product for my skin, and product that i actually see results with. I see Rachel on a monthly basis and my skin has improved so much. Dr. Pat C is as good as it gets, especially in the rough and tumble world of cosmetic spa procedures. She is the most honest and straightforward doctor I have met. In this particular field, there are a fair number of what I will call, for lack of a more perfect word, charlatans--and they are often MDs, RNs, even dentists. The opposite is the case with Dr. C. She comes to you, never tries to upsell, does a fabulous job and is a great person to talk to. Amazingly, her prices are remarkably low for the industry. I purchased swoop of 20 botox units from Concierge Mobile Medical Spa in January. Patricia Chiamas came to my house and injected them in mid January in my crow feet area. The whole procedure was no longer than three minutes. I felt that something leaked on my right cheek but she did not say anything and left. abruptly. In ten days without any results I contacted her again and she offered to repeat the procedure which she did. This time a very mild effect was about half an inch in diameter so that the crow feet below and above were clearly visible. The effect in the middle lasted about three weeks. I contacted her again and got an offer to buy more botox. I did a research about botox and found out that results are very different from the one it had on me. According to official botox website usually botox lasts four to six months....not three weeks. Whatever I was injected it was not botox per se. It might have been diluted botox with concentration that did not last longer than three weeks. I would not advise waist your money and hopes for their service. It is very upsetting experience and certainly not professional. Very disappointed!!!!!!! read more
