We decided to switch to a different laser that's gentler on my skin, even if it means potentially needing more treatments. I really appreciate having that flexibility. The staff has been SO wonderful, kind, attentive, fun and genuinely caring throughout the process. I feel in great hands. I will say, the initial consult can feel a bit sales-driven since you're reviewing package options on the spot, and that part can be intimidating. I'd recommend going in well-informed about what areas you want treated and what you're comfortable committing to. They want you to pay more to cover more space. So, check what they call a "zone" or "area" exactly before you pay for a package. Chances are , you will end up paying $30 more for something they call "extended" each visit. Also I felt they tried to rush with my treatments making them only 4 weeks apart so I had to argue with them because I felt my hair grows slower.
