Decided to try one of Club Pilates' FREE intro classes and loved it from the start. The exercise itself is low impact and well supported, so I felt safe doing it despite having a bad back. I love working out on the reformer! Now let's talk about the wonderful staff - they go above and beyond to make new members of the community feel welcome! During my first few months they would check-in to make sure everything was going well. The instructors are patient and kind and do a great job of meeting people where they're at in terms of physical ability. I never feel pressured during the workouts, only supported. They are located in a strip mall with an abundance of parking.

I love her Tower, Yamuna, and TRX Pilates classes. She has been a fitness instructor for many years and keeps the energy up and positive and humorous but also uses expert clinical direction for body movements and alignment. She has a keen eye for proper form and offers personal adjustments which is my favorite kind of instructor. You will see and feel results when you start coming to her classes. I also love Jennifer's jump and Power Tower classes. I can feel every muscle working and it's a guaranteed solid workout. Plus she's so kind and friendly and the classes have great sequences. I purchased a package of private Pilates sessions with Teri as a gift for someone else and they absolutely love her attention to body movement and how their body feels after a 1:1. They say there is so much more awareness throughout the day of body position and posture and that they make corrections for better support. I always leave here feeling like I had a great workout and really worked hard. This studio offers a variety of classes throughout the day. If I was in closer proximity I'd come more often. Classes are pricey though and it's expensive to be a member here. All kinds of packages are available but a 3-6 month pass ranges from $300-500. I love this studio but not sure it's worth these prices to me.
