I wanted to love this place, but customer service goes for a lot in my book and when you're going to aggressively pressure a paying customer to tip 20% (regardless if you loathed the service or not) when I am vulnerable and relaxed I will not be coming back & I will warn others so that they're fully aware of what to expect. When I arrived it was 8pm on a Tuesday night and the joint was empty. There was a man I am pretty sure owned the spot from his demeanor & an older lady, which worked out since it would be two of us. Opted for the 90 min combo massages, total of $148. I love a good foot rub, I felt like the man did a solid job massaging my feet and hitting (literally) all the trigger points. The full body was subpar. My husband did not enjoy either. He said his masseuse lacked major oomph. My one star review boils down to how the end of my service went. After I paid cash for my services in full, and it came down to tip I was comfortable leaving 15%. His face was one of disgust, and he persisted I needed to leave a minimum of 20%. Absolutely not! I really enjoyed my combo 60 min massage at this location. It was structured differently than other reflexology massage places I've been to, but I really liked it. I'll be coming back. It's in the same shopping center at Lowes, next to the Leslie's pool supply store. Plenty of parking, and the space itself is clean, quiet, and pleasant. Recommend calling ahead so they can have a masseuse ready to go when you arrive. Combo massage was 30 min in a reclining chair with a foot massage and 30 minutes in a chair for a shoulder/back massage. I love chair massages, so this was great for me, but if you prefer lying down you can request it. The massage itself was very nice- I really appreciated how they started soft and increased the pressure as the massage went on (ease into it). Plan to leave a $10+ tip- they are providing a service for an extremely low cost and it's always disappointing to see customers leave without a tip or thank you. Place was run by a very nice pair who work hard. Only down side is the full body massage when we went was dry- no oil- and didn't include feet, but the combo massage did include oil. It's a great place if you are looking for a deep pressure. Prices are great compared to other places. Clean, clam and a relaxing environment to unwind your self. This spot is awesome!! Great value for what you pay! I got a 60min foot massage and followed with a 30min chair massage. The foot massage was sooo relaxing I dozed off. And they finish off the foot massage with a quick hot stone massage on the foot and calf. The chair massage focused on the upper body, and after a quick 30min session, I felt so much lighter and increased mobility. Note, it is open concept here, so no one really chats inside. Spent $57 dollars to get my ass groped by a man for an hour after I tried to request a female massage therapist when I booked online. There is literally zero privacy, no rooms or even full walls separating the beds. The massage in general was mediocre at best, abysmal at worst. She said she got a very painful massage, and every time she'd ask her masseuse to lighten up on the pressure, he'd just laugh and continue because he didn't seem to understand any English. The lady at front desk also tried to bully her into tipping more then her already generous 20% tip. She told her multiple times she needed to tip more then she was trying to tip, and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. The next day she woke up to these bruises on her back made by his elbows. Hands down... my new favorite foot massage place. (Just to clarify... to me, a foot massage place is where you stay dressed.) We called about an hour before. It was a rainy day, so we had no issue getting in. In fact, we were the only two people there. When you walk in, they have a large "menu" on the board. Their pricing is straight up.... and I appreciate that! Most places charge you extra to get a back massage versus a foot massage. Not here.... an hour is an hour, no matter what you pick! FINALLY.... a place that gets it! We went with 30 minutes feet and 30 minutes back. We started in the big comfy chairs. Their towels were nice and soft. They have "nature music" playing in the background. There is a tv in front of you that you could watch with a nature show on. I just closed my eyes to relax. There are vines hanging all around to give it kind of a jungle feel. The massage was amazing! There were a couple times that he hit a spot in my foot that made me jump, but I take that as a good sign. We moved to the actual massage chairs where you sit face down. He really dug in to my back. I cannot say enough good things about Relax Center. Jack was super-welcoming to my friend and me, orienting us newbies to the menu of massage combos and options we could select. I was happy that they had a 45 minute foot/leg massage for $30 ($28 if you pay cash). You could add a chair or full-body massage, but I really wanted someone to go to town on my aching feet. The entire place is immaculately clean, they seat you in comfy recliners, and they offer the coziest towel/blankets to keep you toasty while they get to work. And work they did! Jack was a master at hitting all of my tender spots with just the right amount of pressure. He even brought out hot stones toward the end of the massage - such a nice tough! My friend raved about her massage therapist too - a woman whose name we didn't catch. We both left blissed out and eager to return. I LOVE that they have chairs for the foot massage bc lying down with feet dangling off the end is not comfortable for me. These are like pedicure chairs. Very comfortable, clothes stay on for all massage, and they're very good! Mike is my favorite. He finds all the knots, including hidden ones I didn't even know about, and kneads them into submission.
