She struck a great balance between talking and letting me be quiet and relaxed and definitely knew what she was talking about when it comes to skin. I've had a lot of facials and tried a lot of businesses in the austin area, and this was one of the best. Great facial massage, thorough extractions, the products smelled amazing and she took the full hour. Also loved the shoulder massage. Tammy knew I used a groupon (which was just for one facial) and said if I wanted to book again she'd honor the groupon price for two more, as if I bought three! I am a paying customer, so don't be rude if I don't let you upsell me. UCK! The pedicurist was better that time, but it still didn't last as long as at other places. I felt like there was a lot of stress /anxiety among the workers, too. Poorly managed, didn't feel ethical.
