I always love this place but today was the best. Anna worked with me and I am so in love with my nails!

I have been here two times. The first time was nice, people friendly, the complimentary drink is great, but the pedicure didn't last very long. It wasn't well-painted, some of the nails showed, and it chipped easily. I liked the location and how clean it was, so I gave it another try. (Can't say I minded the free glass of wine, either!) The second time, I was greeted by a very smiley, happy, nice greeter (maybe the owner/boss). When I said I wanted a basic spa pedi, she joyfully tried to upsell me to a higher priced pedicure. When I declined, her face went straight from smiling to frowning, and she pointed to the colors, and grumpily said to choose a color, then ditched me. I was not impressed with her fakey fakiness. I am a paying customer, so don't be rude if I don't let you upsell me. UCK! The pedicurist was better that time, but it still didn't last as long as at other places. I felt like there was a lot of stress /anxiety among the workers, too. Poorly managed, didn't feel ethical. read more

Needed a mani pedi after going two months without. Super disappointed in this place. It looks nice and the reviews were promising but the end product was far inferior than what I paid for. I went at a random time when no one was there so I was tended to immediately, which was nice. Didn't catch their names but I had a male doing my nails and a female doing my toes, and they were both very polite. I requested the "mini luxx" pedi and dip mani, so all together I was charged $87. The pedi was supposed to include a 10 minute massage but I didn't not receive it. The lady did a fine job, nothing spectacular. I was happy she went to town on my rough clauses. The mani is a different story. I asked for chrome dip powder. I guess I didn't understand what that entails because I definitely didn't expect it to take an hour and a half. The guy legit filed my nails down for at least half an hour, even though they were healthy, new growth nails. He did white dip powder, messed it up, then spent another 15 minutes filing that down, then had to do gel on top for the chrome part. It's a cool end color but not worth the time. The frustrating part is I didn't actually get the rest of the mani. He did my nails and that's it, even though I paid for a spa manicure. No lotion/massage, nothing. He didn't even clean up my nails afterward, so I still have chrome powder all around my nails, somehow I have black stuff on my fingers, and I have clear gel polish stuck to my skin from the UV light. Service and product are definitely not worth what they charge. Luckily this was a one time stop, but I definitely won't be recommending to anyone in the area. read more

I've had my lashes lifted before and I've never came out with straighter lashes right after a service than when I came in. I came in to show them the issue and said I wanted a refund because I live 25 min away and I didn't want them to attempt to redo this by taking another hour to not lift my lashes again. They refused saying they would provide a gift card. Again, I live 25 min away and only stopped by this place because I was on my way into town. My friend came here for a mani pedi and wasn't happy with their service either but that's another story. Definitely wouldn't come back here. Their lash lift service is a fraud. read more

So just saying but ... I'm probably the best candidate to deeply look at a nail shop and be lenient AND critical on areas that are appropriate because my Mom has been in the Houston nail industry for over 25 years and I did some time there too. I also like to people watch and I understand and speak Vietnamese fluently no matter how much I'm mistaken for something else. I don't exactly know how long this place has been open. It's a large place, roomy and they have drinks/cocktails although I didn't get offered any beverage. I came on Tues 1:27pm. Two new techs were working in addition to two veterans. Not exactly a bad thing but I'm concerned about the places readiness since according to my Yelp check in, my pedicure took two hours. I think it really depends on who you're getting here because there were quite a few things and inconveniences I experienced in my session. Beginning...the water was warm when I entered. As I continue to soak and wait my turn, the water became colder which I asked for it to get heated up before starting. She took a stove pot and scooped three fulls out and tried to replace but again since this pedicure took so long the water would just cool again and I just felt cold the entire time. The tech also didn't work very lean. She would do a quick cuticle touch up first and then, file, buff and then go back and do a thorough cuticle cut - file and buff again. During this, both my my feet were outside the water more than inside the water, so it's getting cold and dry... The execution, I also had concerned about. Felt like she was just going thru the motions. She didn't buff ,for example, the entire surface of the nail. On one or two nails, she didn't file at all. I guess it was considered acceptable and no need for filing? The handling seemed like she was fearful of taking charge of my feet. Sounds weird but true. I rather her manipulate my leg position so she can get somewhere than just leave it untouched. Towards the end, one hot towel was placed on both my legs while she painted. Because that took awhile, the wet towel got cold where it can't cover the back of my quads, and I'm getting goosebumps again. Finally, after painting a, senior tech came over to help put my sandles on. She pointed out the flaws in the paint job to my tech in Vietnamese but instead of fixing anything they just went forward with drying me. The gentleman tech on another customer asked how does he massage a ladys manicure and response from my tech was just put lotion on and rub ...If there's known flaws and unreadiness, I don't think a person is ready to go have their own customers. Even if they think an untrained eye would not notice, my eyes, though are trained. Even though my eyes sit at 5 ft 2 inch away from my toes and won't pick on the small things, I'm not sure personally I'd go back since there's so many other negatives this time. read more

(Never cheat on your nail tech AGAIN.) The girl that did my pedicure was awesome! Super gentle and really did great on my feet. However, the girl who did my manicure.... just kept messing up. As you can see on my middle finger on my right hand. At first there was not enough polish near the top cuticles and she was about to let me walk out like that until I stopped her before she could finish with the top coat. She kept building and building more product on, and here is the outcome. My left hand looks great. My right hand is so thick and not cute. Instead of coming here in Round Rock, go to Element Nails & Spa in Round Rock and ask for Vivian! You will not be disappointed! read more

The staff was super attentive. Ask for Peter, he does an amazing job, he has an eye for detail and will take his time to make sure that you leave happy. They have a great selection of different types of polish, gel, even style designs that are trending in social media. Definitely a place to go try you will not be disappointed. read more

Omg! What a great experience! 1 million stars Nathan! First time here so I made an appointment at 5:30 for my sister and I, we walked in and they were ready to go. Upon walking in, after picking our colors and getting seated, the woman (whose name, I regretfully didn't get) doing my sisters nails offers us a little drink menu. She then gets both of us a complimentary beverage, and began to do my sisters set. Right afterwards Nathan came, brought me to his station, and began doing my nails. I showed Nathan a picture of what I wanted and he got straight to it! He pays attention to detail while doing your nails, just like a review I saw said he would. Always double checking throughout to make sure you like everything he does, while he does it. He also made great conversation with us throughout the time they did our manicures. They even moved us right next to one other so we could better converse. Not a lot of places actually care to put you next to the person you're coming in with, so that effort was much appreciated. Their prices are fair, and they definitely were attentive to customization, and personal preference. My sister and I both have very different taste. By FAR THE WORST experience I've EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I had my nails done 16 days prior (dipping powder) all I wanted was a fill as I was on a time crunch. I kept asking if this was the process Kim said I had some lifting. I didn't understand. I expressed I didn't have time to do my nails completely over and if she could get me out within 45mins. Kim said yes. Everything just GOT WORSE, I had to leave with my nails UNFINISHED, looking HORRIBLE AND ROUGH after giving her an extra 10 mins so 55minutes to complete my nails and she had the nerves to want to charge me FULL PRICE!! Staff was amazing. So nice and accommodating. I didn't bring my wheelchair as I didn't think there would be room (there was plenty). They brought me a rolling chair and took fantastic care of me. I stumbled across this place the when the" other" nail place up the street was very busy. It was absolutely dead in there . But gave it a try any way. I asked for SNS my 8yr old was with me and she got a manicure. There were some TVs not turned on but they were playing music. all staff seemed friendly and very pleasant. I have been here a couple of times and they are always so amazing! They pay such great attention to detail on their pedicures and I never feel rushed, even when they are busy. I have waited a bit before but it's always worth it! Kim is the real deal! She listened to exactly what I wanted and produced the best nails I've had to date. Typically when I leave a salon, there's always at least one thing that I don't love about my nails but I seriously can't find one thing wrong with the job she did, even staring at them up close. She did my eyebrows as well which turned out great. Sitting in the eyebrow chair, I was thinking how I would be able to post a picture right when I left the salon if I had some cuticle oil but didn't mention anything (really not a big deal), and Kim brought it up herself on my way to check out. Put some oil on and gave me some lotion to use on my hands. 5 stars for product and for service. Tami did my pedicure and she also really paid attention to detail and gave me far longer than the quoted 10 minute massage and checked in with me frequently to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. This salon has amazing customer service with a friendly atmosphere! When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and was automatically taken care of. They had so many colors that it took me awhile to decide, but they were very patient with me. The place was very clean with those disposable liners around the pedicure basins. Huge plus, is the complimentary drink menu. I felt very pampered and it was a great way to end my day. Seriously loving my nails! Will be back again soon! read more

I've been here twice and Nathan did a wonderful job both times. I'm very picky and he never made me feel bad about asking for adjustments during the process. Absolutely love this nail spa, I love the Jelly Pedicure and the gel manicure is always on point. I especially love that they can match any gel color for hands to exact color of regular polish for toes. The service is amazing and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I don't remember the ladies name who did my gel pedicure. She took 2 hours, which was fine since I wasn't in a hurry. I appreciated the lengthy massage, although the majority of the two hours were spent applying the polish. Not sure why it took so long. And the polish ended up being super uneven but I was not about to complain and spend another hour letting her redo it. The ladies were really nice and super hospitable (great drink selection) so I feel bad leaving 3 stars, but I'm nervous to go back because it wasn't a very good job and I'm usually in a hurry. :( read more

I made an appointment for 6:15. Wanted a pedicure and a fill. Got my pedicure first but waited till about 6:45 to start. Pedicure was great! Got done about 7:30. They told me 10 minute wait to get my nails done. Waited till about 8:15 before I decided to leave. Very upset that I had to wait that long and not only that but I made an appointment. If your busy just tell me but make sure you are ready for the appointments you book and don't tell people it's going to be 10 minutes when it's not. Not going back ever again. read more
