The stay was pay at property so there was no pre charge or cancellation cost . However the Hotel went ahead and charged my card as a "no show" for the full price of the room . When I contacted the property the following Monday was told the owner is in New York and to try back Tuesday. I contacted them again Wednesday and was told the owner had still not been in. Was told by front desk employee "Joe" that "if they owe me money rest assured I will damn well get it " . We are now 11 days of calling every other day and still have not received a phone call by owner or manager with leaving my name and number each time I call.
