You're a bit at the mercy of whoever is there. A lot of people were there for the day backed up to a covered spot and blaring music. There was a depressing amount of trash around. The castles are neat and after doing some web searching we found some history about them (not offered by the park itself which is odd). Some areas feel pretty unsafe. The store just sells towels, $2 water shoes for $20 and life vests. No swimming allowed today (it's still winter and because of flooding) but a lot of people were in various areas of the river. The bathrooms were spread around the upper areas and I think mostly for campers and cabin folks. No one is policing anything though. The ports potties were rank.

No dump for the sewage (common dump) NOT FULL HOOKUPS. They do advertise full hookups, but it is not. It is $180 a night for a spot that is not worth it. Save your money go to Waynoka or Disney.

we have lived here for about 7 months. they have a laundry/shower building with two washers and 2…read moredryers. one washer has been broken for about 3 months . the running lights went out in there once for a few weeks and it took another tenant to buy and replace the bulbs. they have WiFi but it only works for about half of the RV park. so far this month (MAY) other tenants have mowed the place.3 times.. the "landlords don't mow much. and the landLADY is rude who treats and looks at you like trash ...in my opinion. They don't put any money back into the place.

Number 1 proximity to the park, we didn't want to be exhausted from a long day of hiking only to have to drive a long way to call it a night. But this Villa was awesome! Located right in the park there was a nice convenient place to relax at night after a long day of being outside. Number 2 was that there were so many things to do in the park we were never left wondering where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do. Ron who rented us the cabin was so helpful and pointed us in the direction of some maps, the waterfall, and even a cool abandon old Castle that was a short hike away. We are not one to hike very often, however this was a great place to getaway and unwind from the hustle of work. So if you are not planning a beach vacation and are looking to mix it up a bit maybe a cabin in the woods might be your thing this year.

We have stayed at 3 different cabins so and it has been such a great experience every time. The cabins are always clean when we get there. My kids love going to Turner Falls more than going to the beach. The river is within walking distance to the cabins and it's so convenient. I love that the park is patrolled by police, it just makes you feel extra safe especially with having your kids with you. The owner of the cabins is such a nice guy, he is always there to help make your stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.
