I learned nothing about the services they offered except a quick run on sentence of the names of the services (not what the heck they are). There was not even a brochure. But in case the man didn't know, not every own is familiar with a microdermabrasion peel. An explanation should have been nice. They may have received money for a certificate I will never use but they lost a potential permanent customer.
