After my services there, which were nice, I was charged separately for each service I received instead of the package deal that is advertised on the back of the pamphlet. I ended up paying $219, instead of the $158 that was advertised. Upon asking the manager about this situation, she said that the packages listed on the back of the brochure are only "suggestions". I said, if that were the case, why do you print a price for those services? If you are just offering "suggestions" there shouldn't be any price listed next to the suggested package. The manager had no answer for this, but I proceeded to tell her that that was very misleading and unethical. She has since not returned my calls. I guess this is an expensive lesson. I was told by the dr that I would not be able to use the wellness or tanning until the monitor is removed. I called and spoke to the manager and explained my situation. And asked if I could freeze my remaining 2 weeks then I would pick up my monthly package after that. She told me no that I would lose the 2 weeks that I have left, but that I could pay the 200.00 and start back up when I get it off. I just feel like I was ripped off.
