The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. I just cannot say how disappointed I was with them......Back to the drawing board.
