For just $90 we got an hour of back massage & 30 minutes of a foot massage (this price is rare to find in spas so we were excited yet not holding too many expectations on them.) Both of our masseuse were kind, experienced, & direct up until we paid. Im talking stretching our arms, deep tissue work, & even including hot stones & steamed rags. Like I said, I will give credit where credit is due. There were a few moments outside of the tipping situation that were unusual like towels & drapes not being placed correctly on our exposed areas & giggling/whispering which you don't usually want to hear while you're bare naked on a massage bed. However -- What I found insanely unprofessional, disrespectful, & arrogant, is the fact that both a masseuse & who I can only assume is the spa owner: laughed in my friends face over a tip, pointed at it, acknowledged & asked "what is that, thats it?" & harassed my friend into leaving a larger tip after I had already tipped a good amount for our duo massage. Another thing to note, the shop owner then picked up my receipt, showed it to my friend, comparing the two tips & making her feel terrible & not so... zen. My friend felt uneasy & a bit embarrassed for the whole scene that just took place & immediately changed the tipping amount to much more. I understand tipping culture is very diverse nowadays & everyone has their own opinion on it but I don't think it's okay for someone who says they're a professional, to not act like one . I am even more worried about the fact that the spa owner enabled the employees behavior in front of us & even joined in on it at that. If you feel your services deserve more recognition, please add that to the pricing or even add an already accounted for gratuity fee instead of harrassing customers & making them feel guilty after what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I would recommend going yet be ready to tip over $30 unless you'd like for it to get rude & awkward!

The massage itself was harder than I'd like as a newbie, but with the amount of pain my back and neck have been in for the past few years, I was banking on relief! Tried to explain I wanted more pressure in my neck and less in my back, but I don't think I voiced myself properly. I imagine the pain will be less as I loosen up and go more frequently. The popping/cracking I heard in my back was both terrifying and satisfying at the same time. While I was a bit sore after the experience, I hadn't felt that good in ages. My neck pain had all but disappeared for about 48 hours after. The most relief I've had since I started having these problems. ALSO, the man who did my foot massage loved my water bottle because it had a picture of a cat on it that looked like his daughter's cat. He was very sweet and showed me pictures! When I left said water bottle behind in my post-massage-haze, they called me to come grab it before I made it out of the parking lot. All-in-all, satisfied with the experience, results and pricing. While my passive ROM was moderate at best, my active was incapable of lifting. I suffered for a day and night, which I was up to experience most of it due to the pain. The next morning, I came to Panda Massage before they even arrived and waited in the parking lot. They were about 15 mins past the posted open time so I almost left but am so glad I waited. I called and due to a language barrier, an appointment was not secured. They arrived and the lady called me back. I went in and they greeted me immediately. I explained my pain and the manager assigned my therapist. My therapist was attentive, asked questions, conducted gait tests and immediately assessed with trigger point therapy. It was incredibly knowledgeable and effective. I was told to give it a couple hours and use my arm then come back in a couple days. Exactly that is what happened. My arm felt so much better. It would be a five star rating but when I went back I requested the same therapist, which I got. The therapist recommended oil massage vs combo. I complied because at this point, I am confident in their ability and expertise. I didn't feel the second treatment was good. Not even mediocre. To be fair, we went in the evening vs first thing in the morning, so the energy levels are completely contrasted. Either way, the first session was so amazing, I will be going back to reevaluate. Still definitely recommended.

I drove there and lucky for me even during the day someone was open to massage. I opted for package that was 30 minutes table and 30 min foot massage. I was whisked away to the back, relaxing music was playing. Laid down and was worked on, some deep tissue massage that brought me close to tears, after they expertly worked my kinks out I was able to get off the table and walk without difficulty. I went out front for my foot massage. Nice hot foot soak followed my relaxing and yet somewhat painful foot rub! Makes you realize all those bones in your feet and how much they take day to day being sore and not realizing they hurt as much as they do. I felt like I was waking in air as I left. Definitely going back Sunday to keep up the healing I know I'm receiving! My masseuse has worked there for 9 years. Very caring and compassionate.
