They also have combos, but they are only foot and bed options. Kind of wish they had combos for foot and chair. Overall, good massage. My feet felt so light weight once they finished. Came here on a whim because we were killing time before going to the airport, and I am so glad we did! Just walked straight in without having to wait. I didn't get the name of my massage therapist, but I received a fantastic 30 minute table massage. At first I felt the pressure wasn't strong enough so I mentioned it could be stronger, and he just went ham on my back and shoulders, where I was the most tight. I felt that he was adjusting to my body where I needed it the most, rather than just going through the typical massage standard motions. Not perfect but gets the job done. Personally I never have a great experience when I use chairs and I did not have a great experience getting their chair massage either. It was just ok. My partner got a much better chair massage experience than I did, more than once. Yes we've been a few times. I think I'm too tall for the chairs. My happiness and relaxation happens on the table. Now for the inside. It's all open, you keep your clothes on and get a massage in the same area people wait. Like one big happy family. Nothing fancy going on with their interior. I gotta say... I've been to a couple different places, read some reviews, and heard first account horror stories of customer service issues but... I can attest and say... Not here! I've been here a few times, as it's conveniently located in the busy Westfield Southcenter shopping mall. Not only has my experience here with the staff been pure aces, but the quality of service has been great! I'm one of them guys where an incredible reflexology on my foot is sublime. Yes, a foot massage. Man... if you haven't, you should. Highly recommend it, especially if you tend to have tired feet after a hike or just hustling and bustling from work... it does the body good. The team here makes sure you're tended to quickly, and they do a fantastic job. The prices are appropriate, but what's more important to me is, there's no haggling or fuss. Take care of them and they'll take care of you. The only unfortunate things I can say to not make it a full fledged 5 is... you're subjected to Mall Muzak and not some tranquil melodies to transport you to another time or place... and secondly... perhaps invest in some new supportive or comfortable chairs. My lower back tends to feel achey and sore after a session, and my guess is that I'm not the only one, seeing how there are more and more pillows on the chairs these days. Outside of that, always an awesome reprieve if you don't feel like watching others rack up your credit card or if you're just in a mood for some good foot therapy! I've been coming here for years, I read through some of the negative reviews and I'm quite surprised. I've never been shut up for asking for a focus on a different area, I know they want the clients to speak in a low voice because people are trying to enjoy their massages but I've never experienced anything negative from here. As for the reviews stating it's too deep, I love deeply tissue because my body needs it. My friends who like light touches will tell the staff and they will adjust accordingly, so I haven't seen any issue with that. I come here at least 15-30 times a year. I work in the restaurant industry so body gets tight and tense every week to painful levels, so I come here almost weekly to bi weekly. They have been the most consistent in my massages. I always get the last package, half table, half foot. Sometimes I add on more time for feet because I need the extra time to relieve all my pressure. I've come here when I couldn't turn my neck due to a tight muscle, they massaged it down (hard too) which was painful but it was needed to be done. After that massage I was able to turn my neck again. Like I said, I'm a huge regular fan. I prefer deep tissue due to how tense my body gets every week and I fall asleep a lot during my massages because of how good it feels. I can't wait to come again, their prices are unbeatable in the area. Love it! Recently Peter did my package E and additional 30 min of foot reflexology, I suffer from plantar fasciatis and he went in deep on my feet, it was uncomfortably at some parts only because of how inflamed my foot is but I literally felt relieved after the foot massage. another weird thing is the big toe of my other foot was tight and sore on the bottom, I told Peter and he massaged it and it helped relieve so much of the tension. (My feet have been killing me at work) I was so happy with my massage with Peter, so far he's been the best. Also there's a bigger build woman, she's like 5'10" I don't see her often, but she's super good too. Greetings all... The funniest thing happened to me, which led to me never coming back to this establishment. Apparently, there must be a new guy added to the team. Maybe he wasn't new....I don't know. So, I was looking at the prices from the exterior, and he came to the entrance and asked if I wanted a massage. I agreed to it and proceeded to the massage. Of course, I was timing it, and they were 2 minutes less than what was offered. This is not the bad part. As I proceeded to pay, he stated the price at the cash register, and I gave him the EXACT AMOUNT in cash. Mind you, my wallet is still out to tip. Before I could, he looked at my money confused like something was missing. I gave him the thumbs up as if he was good, and then he proceeded to say, "TIP." Now, i am intrigued about this...so I ask him are we cool? He says, "TIP." I say..."Whaaaaaaa?!??" He proceeded to point at the community tip jar, pick it up, put it in my face, and say,"TIP!!" By that point, my wallet is now in my pocket, and I walk out. I don't have a problem tipping for a job well done. But when an establishment EXPECTS tips...I can no longer do business with them. I challenge everyone to give the exact amount and then wait for a reaction. Even act like you are walking out, knowing you are eventually going to tip. I'm not tipping an establishment who expects it. Also, beware! If you use your credit card, there's a 4% credit card fee added. I've been coming to Oriental Massage for the last couple of months. I saw a number of negative reviews so I wanted to make sure I had a lot of experiences to ensure I didn't miss anything. I personally found this place to be great! I've tried nearly all of their packages and my favorite is Package D. Their pricing is very competitive and I rarely have to wait. I especially found the reflexology to be very refreshing and my feet and shoulders stay relaxed for a few days post massage. Depending on the person performing the massage, i did find the pressure to be extra heavy. I really love that though so your experience may be different. I recently took my wife here to get her opinion as well. She only allows women to massage her and Oriental Massage was more than willing to accommodate her special request. read more

My friends and I spent a day at the mall and were running out of eating and shopping to do. We were debating seeing a movie, but decided to do this to focus on self care instead. When my friend first suggested it, I was thinking this was a kiosk in the center of the mall, which I was not too excited by, so I was overjoyed to see this was a store front with a bit more privacy. The 3 of us were able to walk in on a Saturday evening without reservations and get a chair massage with very little wait. It was half an hour for 30$, plus tip. We did have a little bit of trouble communicating due to language barriers, but we got our needs met and received massages. I had been dying for a massage for many months and this really hit the spot. I do prefer a rougher massage than most people so this may not be for everyone. It was also a bit loud due to all the mall noise, but it was quiet inside the store. This was a quick stop for my husband and I as we killed time in the area due to flight delays. We first went for the foot massage, which was nice. We were the only ones in the shop and they got us in instantly. When we found ourselves with still way too much time, we visited again a few hours later and opted for more of the full body options. My husband did a table massage and I did a chair. He enjoyed his, but MANNNN the guy doing my chair massage reamed on my back. Literally bruised it. I asked several times for him to go softer and he responded, but only softened for a minute before he was back at his deep tissue work. It was painful and not at all enjoyable. I ended up getting sick and getting a cold sore later that day (even before the flight) from the muscle trauma, which may sound dramatic, but I don't know what else to call it. They did not listen to my request and I was yelled at by a lady for asking if she was doing my massage. Loved my experience & I'm definitely going to return...maybe every week to help my feet from being in heels all the time for work. The place is located on the JCPenny's side of the mall, right across from Moctezuma's, so it's easy to find. I asked for a 30 minute foot massage, which started off with me sitting in a reclined soft chair with an ottoman nearby, but first a foot soak with what looked like tea bags. It was nice & warm...very relaxing. Then the massage therapist moved the warm water and placed my feet on the ottoman & wrapped my feet & legs with two towels. He then massaged one foot/leg at a time...about 12 mins each. The massage technique was great...not too soft, not too hard. Though most who work there don't speak much English, I was able to convey what I needed and wanted. At the end, my feet felt great and I was totally relaxed. My only regret? Not doing it for a longer session, but now I know! I'll get at least a 40 min session next time, if not an hour! I think I may try their body massages next too with the foot massage...it's all fully clothed BTW. They do take credit/debit cards & you can add the tip afterwards, so that's convenient, since who carries cash these days. Lol Alright I think you get the drift... All the negative reviews seem to be people (likely white people) that don't understand what they are getting. I am also a white people, but I'm very familiar with Traditional Chinese Medicine. This is a Chinese massage and honestly one of the best in the area. It's not 'relaxing' swedish massage, which for me is perfect. Think of Chinese massage like the hardest core sports or remedial massage you've ever had and you'll land on Chinese massage. For about a dollar a minute I got pummeled until my eyes watered and was as sore as if I'd worked out for 3hrs. But guess what? A week later I have more flexibility and movement in my shoulder than i have in months and my carpel tunnel isn't making me feel like i stuck my arm in an electric socket. They have three options: a foot massage, table massage, or chair massage. I got the chair massage since it was my back, shoulders, and neck that needed attention. Although their massages are usually consistently good, the workers there are pretty rude and simply unprofessional. I've been here a few times because the massage itself is decent and you don't have to make an appointment. However, I recently decided to stop going because literally the last 5 times I went there, I found that they frequently turn people away (3 times to me and 2 times to other walk-ins while I was getting a massage) when they clearly have enough staff or enough time to fit people in. They often talk nonstop during your massage and ALWAYS ask you if you're paying with cash (pretty sure they're cheating the books). One time in the middle of a massage, one of the other guys asked me if I had cash; I did not respond at first (ya know, since I was faced down in the massage chair and I was paying them to try to relax...) and then he had the nerve to tap/poke me and said loudly, "Hey, you pay with cash?" Wow. This place ain't that cheap either considering their overall quality, so definitely not worth the risk of a frustrating and teeth-clenching experience. I recommend going to the one in the middle of the mall outside of Rainforest Cafe; it's noisier but the people there are just way more friendly and professional. read more

I've been experiencing very bad neck , shoulder and upper back pain for 3 days. My coworker told me about this place so we both decided to walk in on our lunch break. We both showed up and luckily they were not busy. We both chose the 30 minute chair massages. I absolutely loved my massage experience. My massage therapist really worked my neck n shoulder muscles. He knew exactly which area needed more work and focused on that area more which I was thankful for. I didn't even have to tell him. On top of the neck,shoulder and upper back work. I received a nice arm, thigh and calf massage but the best part was the head massage. Forget the messy hair, it felt soo good! For a walk in place , I absolutely loved it. You can't expect too much from a mall massage as it's an equivalent to a fast food version of massages but still there needs to be a level of service. First there was a baby that was one of the employees kids that was noisy. I understand having kids and they make noise but I'm paying to relax and get a massage. Not hear your kid scream. Second my masseur was talking to the next masseur the entire time. Third I paid for 30 minutes. Not soak my feet for 5 and a 20 min foot massage. Lastly and this is the reason i will not go back is while I sitting down I saw someone paying and the cashier has the nerve to stop him and tap the tip jar and demand a tip. And then when I was paying, my Masseuse disappeared until my receipt printed and he magically showed up and when I'm trying to input the tip amount he literally pressed up shoulder to shoulder to read what I'm going to write.
