Overall, the lack of customer service and poor atmosphere make this a place I would not recommend. This is my updated response to the owner: As I mentioned in my review, I called ahead twice and was told it was fine to arrive as soon as possible. When I arrived, I was the one who suggested modifying or changing my service so as not to inconvenience other customers. Regarding the neck pillow you described as "herbal," it did not have a pleasant or herbal scent like Zheng Gu Shui or Ling Nam. It smelled damp, as if it had been left in the washing machine without being properly dried. I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy time. However, professionalism and courteous communication are especially important during peak times. If you hope to retain current and future customers, I believe improving in these areas would make a meaningful difference.
