First off.. she put my face cradle straight into a pillow so there was no face hole or available air to breathe. I had to keep lifting my head to get oxygen. I had also told her to please give some focus on my hands and feet, my hands were not touched and she only massaged my right leg and foot and totally ignored the right. This is where it gets good. Being 18 weeks (second trimester) I can't lay on my back. I figured someone who offers prenatal massage would understand that. She not only argued with me about it, but she didn't have anything in the room to lift me up at all. She kept trying to tell me I was perfectly safe to lay on my back and finally offered me a neck pillow. This is the point I wish I would have just walked right out. Eventually I came up with a solution (that wasn't even comfy for me) just to get the massage on track. I did pay her for this service and it didn't sit well with me at all. I reached out simply asking for a refund and she had agreed. The next day she tells me just kidding she's not giving me one. Just beware coming here for a massage.
