I'll have to give them this kind of rating given I haven't fully been in business itself but I did have an awkward time with who was working here. I went on their website to try and book for a couples massage given how close they were to Disneyland but hop boy was I not seeing the red flags when using their website. My browser was saying the site was unsafe and even forcing through the blocking my browser was doing, I was finding other items on that website that didn't even pertain to the massage, as if I wanted to pay for a membership on how to build a website with tiers to chose from. Spent $180 for the massage and canceled within the same day, well over 24 hours on their refund period and when I called them to mention if I can get a refund, they sounded confused but did say I can come in. Specifically said I wanted a refund and then they said okay before hanging up the phone. Got my money back with my credit card company but clearly they didn't try to get me a refund but I did get a nicer one past Disneyland. read more

The massage itself was just okay. The table wasn't as comfortable because the hole you put your face in is quite small so it feels there's only enough space for your nose so your eyeballs and mouth are pressing on the edges of the hole. The entitlement to a tip sort of ruined the experience for me overall. We had to pay for the massage up front and then we were asked if we wanted to add a tip even before the massage. My husband and I said we would tip after the massage if we wanted to. After the massage, we tipped $10 for each person and one of the ladies said "for 90 mins?" and they both chuckled to each other and said something else in the lines of making it $15 at least. Tipping should not be an obligation for a customer... I hope they fix their entitlement wherever it's coming from because it's terrible... read more

This was not a good massage. I'm sorry. We really wanted it to be. We've been on our feet for days at Disneyland and was looking for an evening reprieve. The pressure of the massage was that of a child. The massage oil felt cheap and watery. So the combination of the two enhanced the problem of the massage. I've been getting foot massages and massages regularly for over a decade. When i requested for someone with "strong hands" prior to the massage, i was told there would be an additional charge of $10 for Deep tissue. Certainly glad i didn't pay extra. But i am disappointed i paid for this. I'm glad based on others reviews, they had positive experiences. But i used these reviews to make my decision to come here. I DID NOT have this same experience and others who rely on facts and truthful user generated reviews should know. Also, i asked for a 15/45 neck and foot massage. The ratio was not of that. It was mostly back which i didn't even want. And my neck and shoulders were barely touched. OHHHHH. I forgot to add she only used one hand at a time when she was massaging me. What in the hell???!! I've been here twice now. They wanted payment up front, which surprised me at first.. but wasn't a big deal. I'm sure they've been burned a time or two. Card transactions are $3.50. I saw some of the girls even take Venmo. But don't know if there are any fees associated with it. I did a 90 min deep tissue massage for $90 and cupping for $20 for a total of $110. I tipped $40 because she really put in the work. I was worried since I showed up 2 hours before closing that I would feel rushed or my massage therapist would be tired after a long day. I was wrong. The second visit I went mid-day and she was still very on point. JUDY is AMAZING. I'm coming here specifically for her every week. She steps on my back and it is exactly what I need. She found knots I didn't even know I had! She also put on a lot of the cups for cupping and she did NOT move them; which I prefer for them to stay put until taken off. Totally respectable place with really nice staff. I recommend any of the staff members as my sisters got Lisa and Patty for Swedish massages and they enjoyed their massages as well. read more

I recently visited relaxing massage. I was surprised they wanted money upfront. No sure if this is a racial thing. I would need to visit a couple more times. They are a legit massage location, meaning No nonsense, no funny business. They offer table showers and massage. They table shower room does not have a heater, so it can be cool in that space. They keep the place very clean and organized. My therapist was very polite. However the massage was more of a rub down than a massage. If you don't mind that the. Stop in for a visit. They can walk on your back etc. I prefer they just use hands and arms. Not elbows and knuckles but to each his own. A one hour massage is $50. and 90 min massage is $80. Table shower is an additional $20. So while I can't recommend this location because massage was not quality. I can say it's a legitimate place. read more

Easy to book via message here on Yelp! Massage was 1 hour for $50 and they had a room with two beds so my spouse and I could be together. Massage therapists were both excellent. After a long week I was desperate for some relaxation and a good massage so it was perfect to see relaxing massage and it look like they had pretty good reviews. Right when I walked in I knew exactly the service I was going to get, it was my first time ever coming here; I was greeted by 2 ladies they were very pushy right when I told them what I wanted one of the lady's said OK that'll be $50 now I have never experienced paying before my massage so it threw me off a little but I just went with it than the lady was like trying to get me to add on other options that I was not interested in just probably to get more money, as I am paying for the service that I have not gotten yet mind you she asked me if I wanted to add the tip and I said I've never been here before I don't know how your service is I can't tip you yet I need to tip once the service is complete. I was put in a room the lady told me to take all my clothes off she left the room and not even 1 min later she came back I was still removing my clothes she opened the door while I was in the middle of removing my clothes and just starred at me making me feel very uncomfortable she watched me and I said I'm still taking off my clothes and then she closed the door back and then came back I still wasn't done and she just stayed in and she said just get on the bed so at this point I'm even more uncomfortable. A hidden gem located off Ball and Euclid, behind the old spires restaurant. They have a banner for a $40 one hour relaxation massage, but I splurged for a 90-min massage with hot stones. They ask for the money up front, and I believe it was $85. Tip not included and I said I'd pay afterward. The massage was going extremely well until a coughing customer was given the room next door. That's when I reailzed the walls are thin... really THIN! I could not only hear that woman coughing up a lung, but she was freely speaking her whole life story and I could hear the entire convo! Finally, my massage person Cindy told me to flip over and that's when I spoke in a normal tone 'OMG is that woman gonna yap all night?'.. then.. SILENCE. Apparently she heard me. AWKWARD was after my 90 min was up, so was her 60, and I ran into her at the lobby. I waited until she left and her massage girl apologized. I've heard good things about cupping & decided to try it, nervous but wanted to see if it would provide some relief. Today is a rainy day. I arrived around 11 am. I was greeted by Patty. She politely asked what type of service did I need today. I informed her I would like to try cupping. She asked if this was my first time, informed me if I had heart issues or high blood pressure she would not be able to provide the service. I do not. We discussed the side effects, and she answered my questions. She led me down the hall into a private room. Massage table with towels, chair, robe. I changed out of my clothes and a few minutes later Patty came back in. Patty applied hot towels to my back, shoulders, neck area, and wiped them down. Then she applied a cool lotion which tingled a bit & explained it will help me feel better afterwards. She massaged my back, neck, shoulders ... it felt good but hurt because my body is full of knots. She added the cups to my back, asked after each one if the pressure was ok. We made small talk the whole time. I was nervous when I walked in but felt so comfortable when I left. Patty informed me to drink lots of water which will help. She gave me a cup of cold water after I was dressed. She provided me her card, with her personal cell as well if I chose to make an appointment. My friend and I called and reserved a time for two 30 minute massages without any issues. When we got there the woman thayt checked us in was super nice, greeted us and had us sit down until it was our time. For the 30 minute massage which includes (back, shoulders, neck, arms, and legs) not including tip was 40$. My masseuse was very kind and let me know if I wanted the intensity of the massage to be harder or if it was too hard. I've had knots in both of my shoulders for such a long time and, now after getting the massage I feel so relieved and not tight at all. She was very consistent, the intensity was perfect. After two days at Disneyland, my body needed some TLC. I called at 10:30am and was able to get a 2pm same day massage. This is a straight up Chinese business with all female masseuses. No frills, not a silent spa, but it's clean and gets the job done. My masseuse, Judy, even stepped out for 2 minutes to take a phone call. I bet if I asked Judy to give me 2 extra minutes of massage, she would have. But she did a great job, listened to my feedback, and respected my body. A very good 60-min massage for $50. I picked this place because it was the highest reviewed place near to where I happened to be. I so needed a massage after a long week of work and driving my daughter to Disneyland on a Sunday. The woman who greeted me at the door and massaged me (which should have been my first red flag because she was greeting and answering the phone and the massage therapist) was nice. No matter how nice she was, it didn't make up for the issues. It was a Chinese style massage, firm and using the towel most of the time over my body, versus skin to skin. She massaged my left leg so hard, she bruised it, which I've never had happen. I like really firm pressure but she pressed into the area so hard, I could barely walk out of the place. She then walked on my back, which was good. She also left 2-3 times to answer the phone and also to greet and talk to a walk in client. She didn't massage me extra but instead finished the massage on time, despite the fact she used some of my time to answer phones and greet. The price was good though, $80 for 90 minutes, so I guess you get what you pay for. All in all, 3 stars is a true representation of my experience. read more

My first time here and got the combo package the body and foot massage. Cindy did an excellent job! I had pain on my right foot and after the 1 hour massage, the pain went away. She removed all the knots on my body including the knots in between my toes. I'm very impressed and very pleased with the service. Came here for a massage on a weekday morning. I asked for a 60 minute Swedish massage. I think there were 2 women working that day. Anywho, I get there and one lady was with a customer in one room, & I go into my room and the other lady walks in with the business phone... She starts massaging me and within the first 30 minutes of my massage, the phone rang 6 different times and she answered each time. Sometimes she continued to massage, and sometimes her hand was just resting on my leg. Also, she walked out of the room 5 times to get stuff/greet customers, etc. It was definitely not an ideal massage especially since it wasn't Swedish at all. It was a semi-relaxing massage but I could of done without the loud phone ringing in my room so many times. No peace and quiet at all.
