Great Vapes has good stuff, but as I mentioned in that review, the products are pricey. So she pointed me here, to this High Street storefront south of Valhalla. The owner's dog, a salt and pepper schnauzer, met me at the door, cute pup. It's owner, the owner of the place, Frank knew his stuff. I arrived at the designated pickup time yet I had to wait outside the store for 20 minutes. After waiting in the lobby for 10 more minutes I was let in to the dispensary but informed I did not have an order in the system. There was no way for the cashiers to lookup the previous order and explained that they do not keep orders over night. There is an option on the website for next day pickup so they have a huge error in their system. All of the prices on the items changed and the cashier rudely informed me there was nothing he could do. I left with nothing and will not be returning. Terrible customer service.

Even though it's a long drive for me, I've continued shopping here because it's the place I've always gone. From my very first visit, I was encouraged to sign up for the loyalty rewards program, so I did. Sunday I placed an online pickup order. The website/app gave me the option to redeem my loyalty points, and it processed them into store credit. I noticed the total looked a little strange but assumed it was just a glitch. My order actually showed to be 1.00. I figured this was wrong. I was planning to use my rewards toward a $45 non-THC product. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't use my loyalty points because I hadn't reached a minimum of 7,500 points. This was the first time I had ever heard about a minimum redemption requirement. At no point when I signed up, earned points, or redeemed them through the app was this requirement disclosed. In fact, the app allowed me to convert my points into credit, making it appear that they were available to use. The employee was not polite about it at all and told me I couldn't use the credit. The frustrating part isn't that there are rules--it's that the loyalty program wasn't transparent about them. If there's a 7,500-point minimum, it should be clearly stated before customers redeem their points or make purchasing decisions based on the rewards they've earned. A loyalty program should reward loyal customers, not leave them feeling misled. After spending nearly $1,000 in just a couple of months and making the drive to shop here consistently, this experience has made me question whether my loyalty was actually valued. So for such great customer service I will look elsewhere for a dispensary. I just wanted my 45 dollars I had earned in points.

I have been enjoying the bud but not all of the budtenders. Today was the last straw for me. He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away. When they were called Harvest, I think they should have done a mashup with Harvest Pizza. It would've been perfect. But then maybe the similarity is why the name changed. I believe Trulieve is a big chain. There's a sign on the front door that says there's a zoning issue, so for a second I wasn't sure the place was open, but it is. Step inside and there is a very pleasant little lobby. Check in at the counter. And then you are allowed into the back where there are displays, and another counter with helpful assistants. I'm an old Deadhead, and I have done a few relevant things. I stopped doing them because of work, and being a parent. And I'm still not sure where I will find time to check out for a bit; apparently I'm on call for the rest of my life. We'll see. They have plenty of things to choose from here. "Flowers," gummies, drinks, cartridges, lotions, and more. Their website is very helpful, the staff are very helpful, prices are actually reasonable for what you get. I don't seem to go during peak times, but my online orders are usually ready within 20 minutes. When I don't have an order already, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. They have good discounts for cannabis industry workers (25% off) and veterans (30% off), and other rotating discounts every day. The process is standard, but I'll list for any one who is unfamiliar :) There are 2 lines immediately upon entry - recreational to the left, medical to the right. Medical patients get priority of course, and each person checks in with ID one at a time with the intake person. Just let them know if you have an online order or not, and they'll send you back to a larger separate room, where there are again 2 lines. Show your ID again once you get to the register, and the budtender will retrieve your order or help you pick something out. They take cash, Plaid, and I think another online service that they advertise on their website. It's easy to browse and shop their site, but you can't filter by as many Effects as other dispensaries I've shopped. I sometimes find it easier to talk to a budtender than go through researching all the strains. (Leafly!) I doubt it's a local problem that the list is so limited, but something I hope to see expanded in the future, especially for medicinal effects. The interior is clean and comfortable, but seems to be under perpetual construction,, which I never see actively. It's not a nuisance or anything, but as it's been like this for a while, I hope someday soon the space is occupied and decorated to its full capacity :)
