I have been enjoying the bud but not all of the budtenders. Today was the last straw for me. As a budtender I would think it would be easy to explain the differences between bud versus just explaining stats. This guy was stuck on loop! It's 1 gram. It's 85%. It's sativa. He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away. Customer service is hit or miss. Some days you feel like royalty, other days they treat you as a peasant. One budtender took my order and tried to upsale me on a few things I didn't want, but then when he retrieved my order he brought additional items to the counter to try and sell me again. It always takes a very long time of waiting to get your order filled. It shouldn't take this long to get one order filled. I've been waiting 30 min and they keep letting medical people ahead when they aren't disabled, they just paid more fees and you guys get benefits from serving them first. It's all about money. Bloom started off with quality people that treated you like they cared about you. Until Recreational passed (Then you could see things change real quick). First thing I noticed right away was they took the chairs out, then they're sales slowed down to where there isn't any 30% off days, and if there is they just raised up the price. They're workers are more rude now that they think they won't need our business. So maybe I will take my money elsewhere. First time at this dispensary. First time at any dispensary. My doctor made a mistake with my drivers license number. The person at the registration desk had no patience. Snapped at me because I hadn't signed on one spot on the form. Was very exasperated that I didn't know what was wrong with the card. Said the drivers license number was supposed to be on the card which it doesn't need to be. All I needed was a polite calm explanation of what was wrong. I ended up calling the manager of the dispensary who explained about the drivers license number being incorrect. He was polite but made me feel like it was my mistake. As a first timer in a dispensary and a true novice, I was impressed with how knowledgeable and kind the entire staff were in helping me, as a caregiver, find what I hope will be helpful remedies for my critically ill loved one. Mark took well over an hour with me, walked me through the process and all of their differing products, and made sure I felt comfortable with our plan of attack going forward. He was exceedingly patient and answered all of my questions, of which there were many. Now this is an extremely good dispensary!! These folks are kind, patience and very knowledgeable about their products. What a difference from that nightmare that is "Terrasana" - they are awful!!!! The property is non-descript on the outside. Nicely appointed on the inside. It almost reminds you of a spa. Calm colors, nice furnishing and lots of soft chairs to sit on. Decent dispensary, like most Ohio dispensaries selection and inventory could be better. In the last few months they have gotten better at communicating promotions. The thing to keep in mind, they schedule promotions at least a week in advance and sometimes that means the brands on promotion may not have the best selection when the promotion starts. Don't bother going, they just let their employees decide to dip out anytime they want. Placed an order a little over an hour before close, I get a text around 7 that it's ready for pickup, I check their hours and see they're open until 9pm, so we finish up dinner and head that way, over a 30 minute drive out of the way where we were. So I get 4 minutes away and it's 8:40pm at this point and I get a text saying my order was canceled, I INSTANTLY called, no answer called over and over using different options, no answer. I pull up not even 4 minutes later, the place is pitch black, not a car anywhere to be found. What a way to run a business. read more

This is the second dispensary I've been too and I must say they move pretty fast. All the staff are super helpful. Whenever I come in and tell them how I'm feeling they always know what to recommend to get me feeling better. They also helped me print out a smaller medical card to use. I used to enjoy going to bloom medicinals on Georgesville road but these last 3 months / 4 months have been exactly what I thought and that it's been a bad and unfortunate experience for me. I have a strict medicinal regimen that I follow I live alone no one lives with me I do not have company ever I'm a recluse and I quite enjoy my life as such and with that being said there's no right rhyme or reason as to why 14.15 weight in flower that used to be in every two week trip for me has now become a once a week trip for me at the very same weight... When I decided to start buying weight this was the exact reason why so that I did not have to write a bus every week or twice a week so that my visit would be not so frequent. I'm on a fixed income and I live on a budget and there's no absolutely zero reasons again as to why this drastic change has come about because it's not on my end and I will go as far as to having my blood drawn in my levels red they are steady and true and will read as such. I am completely and totally disappointed this was the only dispensary that I ever visited, ever since I became a cardholder and unfortunately I now will be taking myself and my business elsewhere no one there try to help me figure this out find an excuse as to why I'm experiencing this and when I asked the response was that the farmers are struggling too they have a hard time too which has nothing to do with my issue but I guess it wasn't answer right? Just wasn't the one to the question I was asking which was again why am I coming in once a week on an every two week regimen when I first started on this regimen I visited once every two weeks twice a month just how I wanted it and these last three almost four months I have yet to have it here to my personal own regimen but I am now adhering to someone else's for me because you see I'm not making the choice to come in once a week someone's making that choice for me or something! 100% some of my last words to the employee that was helping me on March the 11th was that maybe I'll go buy a weight machine and see what's going on that way and her words back to me were maybe you should if I was you I would! So please explain to me why I should have to go buy a machine twice weigh something that shouldn't need it, I have alerted them to my 2.83 jars seals being broke or not there at all that little clear round sticker that's supposed to secure the lid to the jar is almost never there and I ride a bus so once I get home I'm home and I have a feeling that this is knowledge that is being took advantage of greatly. My trust is now completely gone because this last go around it took exactly one week for 14.15 to be gone and this time that was with me stretching it severely when in the beginning it truly took the two weeks that I planned, that is my regimen. I'm saddened to know that I will not be walking back through those doors but I think blue will be even more sad to have lost my business, even the business of one person can be a great loss and you will feel mine because again I'm a loyal and good customer I just have to go be that somewhere else now where I know I'm getting what I pay for where I know they have my back where I know my concerns will be taken seriously and without malice where I feel comfortable expressing such because this no longer exists for me in bloom medicinals and for many others I see the lobby is very empty these days there are no longer lines to the door I haven't seen a line into the door in months and so maybe I'm not the only one experiencing this I want to say shortage and product. I have been coming to Blooms since the first day they opened. They were my 'go to' dispensary as they had a great selection, fair prices, and friendly, knowledgeable staff with very minimal wait times. However, over the past year and half, the wait times have progressively gotten longer and longer. (A year ago on NYE, they ran a 30% off special, I waited OVER 3 hours..ridiculous and it's gone downhill ever since.) They have outgrown their space and do not have enough staff to accommodate the volume of people waiting. Some people are coming in on crutches, some are amputees, some in wheelchairs, some elderly. The wait time now for patients that often are in pain or have difficulty standing long periods are unacceptable. And this is even with pre-orders! For awhile, they had a point person managing the incoming patients who would take names and numbers and they would text you when it's your turn, and you could wait in your car, but this is not always in place. I have been tolerating the longer wait times b/c of other good aspects I mentioned already. However, my last visit there will be just that, my last. I pre-ordered the nite before, arrived late am during the week to find a lobby FULL of people, all chairs taken, standing room only and so packed, there was no room to distance from others (re: middle of a covid surge in Jan). I waited in line to check in (25+ minutes). I am a high risk patient and did not feel comfortable packed in the lobby w/ others during this time and asked the front desk to please text me when it was my turn after I checked in. They said they did not have that set up for that day and I'd have to wait in the lobby. I pointed out the unsafe situation and inability to distance from others. I went to my car and called the manager and expressed my concern not only for the wait, but for my and others' safety given covid situation. She agreed to text me but I never got the text. When I called back 45 minutes later, they apologized and told me to come on in, that I missed my turn but they could see me now. I had to wait in the long line again to get to the front window (another 20+ minutes). In the meantime, a client came in behind me and was so close, he was physically touching me and not wearing a mask which was required by Blooms. I asked him to please give me some space and he started yelling profanities at me. "What are you, the f'ing covid police?!" He continued to make rude comments toward me while I waited in line (again). No one did anything about it. I was so frustrated by the entire situation, I started crying (not like me, but I had just had it). I finally made my way to the back room to get my order, and another long wait there and long check out process. All of this could have been avoided if they had more staff or had a more efficient system to manage the large volume of people. To me, it is now disorganized, unsafe as you can't distance, unacceptable wait times and add rude clientelle to the list= I will NEVER return. I spend between $500 and $1000 a month for product. This place no longer deserves my business. This is no way to care for patients in need. Super disappointed. Hope they figure it out. read more

I'm very happy about the products that I received but the point of giving a two star is because of improper and rude communication from one employee and being charged full price for items that were supposedly on sale. I feel that I'm being fair by giving two stars because I do like the products and brands that they try to keep in stock. That's worth at least one star. I placed an online order and was charged at least $90 more than what I was quoted with a different (lesser) discount. When I called in to ask why this was I was told that I have to buy that one brand on its own to get the sale price. Nowhere in the email or on the website does any fine print say this. No employee said this was the case and the guy ringing me out only gave me the $40 off of $250 which was obviously less of a discount than what I was quoted when I placed the online order. When I called in and explained to a manager what I saw on my receipt, he had explained that it's just how our state works and I needed to place separate orders next time if I wanted to discounts. I said that this should have been spelled out clearly in the emails sent or at least explained to me along the way before paying and he said that he agreed and left it at that. Hardly anything else was said from him and nothing was offered to make this right or to refund/credit me in any way. Since there was no reconciliation of the problems I faced at this facility or through this manager of the facility, nothing in the email about the sale stating how to get the discount and the fact that I go 45 minutes out of my way to receive these discounts from this dispensary, I explained to the manager that I felt it was best for me to report this to the state since we as medical patients in this state deserve to know how to fully receive the discounts we're thinking we're getting and maybe this information would be helpful in such a new market. Manager dude said "you do what you gotta do" and hung up on me. That last part really rubbed me the wrong way so now that there's plenty of other dispensaries close-by for me to go to I don't really need to go out of my way to come here in hopes of saving money. No refund or trying to make this right was to be had here. I work in this states industry so I understand how jumbled things are and not straightforward sometimes. I'm willing to work with anyone willing to make something wrong, right. This wasn't it. Very poor customer service and a "figure it out on your own" mindset seems to be had from at least one manager here. I'll make sure to spread the word about employees not doing their job to slow down and make sure their states patients are receiving the best and appropriate deals they're originally quoted. read more
