I do not usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was worth sharing. I've spent close to $1,000 at this dispensary over the last two months. Even though it's a long drive for me, I've continued shopping here because it's the place I've always gone. From my very first visit, I was encouraged to sign up for the loyalty rewards program, so I did. Sunday I placed an online pickup order. The website/app gave me the option to redeem my loyalty points, and it processed them into store credit. I noticed the total looked a little strange but assumed it was just a glitch. My order actually showed to be 1.00. I figured this was wrong. I was planning to use my rewards toward a $45 non-THC product. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't use my loyalty points because I hadn't reached a minimum of 7,500 points. This was the first time I had ever heard about a minimum redemption requirement. At no point when I signed up, earned points, or redeemed them through the app was this requirement disclosed. In fact, the app allowed me to convert my points into credit, making it appear that they were available to use. The employee was not polite about it at all and told me I couldn't use the credit. The frustrating part isn't that there are rules--it's that the loyalty program wasn't transparent about them. If there's a 7,500-point minimum, it should be clearly stated before customers redeem their points or make purchasing decisions based on the rewards they've earned. A loyalty program should reward loyal customers, not leave them feeling misled. After spending nearly $1,000 in just a couple of months and making the drive to shop here consistently, this experience has made me question whether my loyalty was actually valued. So for such great customer service I will look elsewhere for a dispensary. I just wanted my 45 dollars I had earned in points. read more

I have driven a friend here several times now, to shop or pick up an order, and am nothing but impressed. He shops here as a medical card holder. For a little humor, I promise it is a friend, and not " a friend" but that's not what matters. They offer edibles, premium flower, concentrates, and often have sales and specials. The store is clean and bright and service is friendly. I hang out in the lobby and it's a perfectly comfortable feeling and have never been any issues as I wait. Locals Dispensary serves both medical and recreational marijuana patients/customers. Got to be 21 and over Inthink even to enter the building. They even have a drive-thru option which steams Columbus and Ohio. We have drive-thru liquor and wine so this fits right in. Made a return visit and received excellent service. The staff are super friendly! I went through the drive through and the line moved fairly quickly. I'm so glad that they've extended their hours out until 7pm. I also like that you can order online and just go pick up your merch. I'll definitely be back! read more

Im working in Ohio for 6 weeks from Texas and I've tried a couple dispensaries around Colombus and hands down this one is my favorite. Chill bud tenders and cool prices compared to all the others ones I been. Haven't had an issue with any product from flower to disposables. Not going anywhere else but here ! read more

Put the kiosks in the front. The waiting area AINT IT. The lines are way too long at this local dispensary for the staff to not effectively manage it better. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru before deciding to come inside and this is another 15+ minute wait looking at white walls. Fix it. read more

I've only been through the drive thru, but all my interactions with the staff have been great, they're educated on the products and give good info and recommendations. This is my only dispensary bc it's been good from the get go. There can be a wait on things sometimes, but other than that I have no complaints. Keep it up, y'all read more

Very fast & very knowledgeable staff! Website is also easy to use & navigate. Ozzie at the front was especially helpful & kind. They have a lot of deals going on, which makes the prices pretty decent. I would definitely recommend visiting here. I love how Locals Dispensary makes picking up cannabis so effortless with their online ordering and drive-thru. I just hopped on their site from my couch, ordered, and it was ready in like 20 minutes. Drove up, flashed my ID at the window, and boom--out the door without any wait or fuss. I have to repeat what others are saying. Your prices are much higher that other local dispensaries. To make matter worst. I purchased 2 Rave vapors and before they were finished the batter burned out on both about 2/3's of the way through. Of course this was after the 7 day return policy. Don't asked for a image because I tossed them in the trash in discuss. Plus, I am not getting the buzz expected from your vapors. read more
