He lets you know what you need to get done immediately and what can wait. We recently took a trip to Myrtle Beach and we experienced an issue with our exhaust. We got a very expensive quote to fix it while we were there. Decided to just wait until we got home to get it fixed. Mike gave us $200 cheaper than the other guy AND that included our standard oil change and tire rotation. Another instance, some other guys told us we needed to get a completely new engine for our truck. Took it to Mike and he said we just needed new spark plugs! I will ALWAYS make the travel to get Mike to look at our vehicles. He is very accommodating!

I went to Brunswick autocraft for my 35k maintenance and because the check engine light came on…read more It was my first time meeting Hassan, who was friendly and detailed what maintenance should be done (oil/filter changes, inspections) and what was optional. He was incredibly efficient, finishing the oil/filter change and inspection within an hour. He also reset the check engine light and theorized that the light came on because the gas cap wasn't completely secure. This turned out to be true, because the light hasn't come back on in months! Additionally while inspecting the car, he noticed that our skid plate was only partially secured. He mentioned not having the part but could use a zip tie to prevent dragging. I'm glad to have found Hassan and plan to come by the next time we need an oil change or any car maintenance needs.

They gave me a ride to my office so I didn't need to pay an uber, which was great service. They ended up calling me a couple hours later to pick up the completed job. I returned to my car that was fully repaired. It is an amazing job. Even got it cleaned inside and out before returning it to me.
