Myself and two other neighbors hired Erick Younger to replace our fences and in one neighbor's case, also replace a balcony. We all paid deposits and debris removal fees. He finished two of the three fences and was paid. He started the third fence, and after cutting a Verizon line, he never returned. Additionaly, he left all the old fencing for us to remove. He has not responded to texts, phone calls and/or emails since. We just left small claims court, judge ruled in our favor. However, collection will not be easy and will cost us more money.

After that i hired him to build a screened in porch. The project was supposed to start May 1st. The contract was signed on may 19th. It is now july 11th and as all he has completed were some deck board replacments and the start to the frame of the screened in porch. I paid him $3260. $3100 out of the $4100 agreed price plus another $160 to start replacing the boards. The last time i heard from him was the end of May. I have called, texted and messaged him on FB, NO response. He took $3260 from me. I tried to be patient and give him time to go finish the job. Now all i want is a refund. I feel scammed by Eric Younger, he is ignoring my calls and refusing to pay back the money he essentially stole from me. Do your self a favor, Do Not Do Business with this company!!!!! You could end up like me and be scammed out over $3000. I would give this company zero if i could.

I happened to be home when the owner randomly came by with no notice to show the workers what to do and had to correct him because he was telling them to place a gate in a different place than discussed. On one of the gates, I moved a concrete slab so that the installers could place the gate post behind the corner of the house and the workers did not do that. The workers also installed 2 posts right next to each other to fill space. It also looks like sections of the fence are out of height code for Chesapeake. I was not notified when materials were going to be delivered to my house for the project and came home to bundles of pipe in my yard and pallets blocking a section of my driveway. If I had known items were coming, I would of had them dropped off at the back of the driveway nearby where they were going to be working. The workers also left pallets, garbage, and excess material in my driveway for almost a full week after the job was done. I will probably be looking to find another company to fix the problems.
