I tried to schedule a delivery of a mattress that I had ordered from QVC. First they scheduled a delivery and then called to say they could not deliver it in house due to Covid. I tried to call them back to schedule delivery to just deliver outside. I kept getting put on hold and then the call would disconnect. At one point the receptionist answered and I asked her to have the guy call me back so we could set up delivery and she said he'd call me back before he left for the day. He never called me back. Then I spoke to someone else that put me on hold and I sat on hold for over 10 minutes. The last time I called to try to scheduled the delivery I was put on hold and then it finally went to an answering machine. I'm so fed up with this company that I just canceled my order with QVC. read more

I pay for parking at Spectrum Hospital Blodgett campus for MY PATIENTS. These spaces are clearly marked with not 1 but 2 signs on each space. I only have 3 spaces to accommodate my patients for my curbside delivery/in pharmacy pickup. If they are unable to park I can not find them in the ramp system and/or they just leave and get their prescriptions somewhere else. When told to move, don't ignore my employees and continue on into the hospital, directly affecting my business operations. It is rude behavior and unprofessional. This is not an isolated incident. You are not here conducting business on my behalf (which will never be the case). I provide my own delivery service that is reliable and RESPECTFUL throughout metro Grand Rapids. By all means do your job, but not at the inconvenience/expense of others. read more

I saw all the terrible reviews and thought to myself "uh oh". I was in a bind, a serious time constraint and needed to get my loveseat recliner way early. Not only did they accommodate me, they also stayed way beyond their normal working hours to assure I was fully taken care of! They definitely earned their name today! Had to take off work to be home for their delivery and wait a four hour window. The delivery never showed, called the company to ask what was up and they said oh we forgot to load it on the truck would you like us to deliver it in another four hour window today. I asked can I just get an exact time? Nope. I don't understand how these companies stay in business, I lose money from my job and they don't get any type of penalty for doing lousy business. read more

Do not use Reliable Delivery, the service is extremely poor. I had a delivery schedule to arrive on a Friday and the tracking stated that the shipment was on a truck out for delivery. When 3pm rolled around they called to say they would not be making that delivery until Monday and did not seem to care how important it was. They were in such a big hurry to leave the office on Friday that they were unwilling to make a scheduled delivery on time. I could understand if they had asked if it was ok to push the shipment to Monday, but to just be told it won't happen is totally unacceptable. I don't need more than one bad experience to know never to use Reliable Delivery, absolutely terrible!! read more
