We recently used Reliable Limo/ Reliable Charter for trip to Wrigley Field for a Cubs Game. Although the driver of the bus was nice the bus was far from it. The bus was old. The seats torn and broken, Tvs, and radio did not work. The bus driver was nice enough to let us use the P/A while someone held their phone to the microphone so we could have music. Not to mention the A/C worked when it wanted to and when it did it leaked all over. When I spoke to the Supervisor of the company Ashley stated, that there was nothing they could do about the problems but fix them in the future. Ashley also said that she saw in her logs that we have used them every year (when it was prairie land tours) Ashley said that they would try to have a nicer bus for the next trip. Ashley said they will not give any refund nor a discount on a future trip even tho we were returning customers. The only reason I used Reliable Charter/Limo is because they bought out Prairie land tours thinking they would have a nice fleet like Prairie Land tours had. We had the stretch Limo and SUV with Reliable Limo when we went with our family to Florida Disney World VACATION. Outstanding service , safe drivers, on time and customer service is awesome. Professional and wonderful safe driver to O hare!! and We were delayed due to thunderstorm and late luggages on arrival but Reliable Limo drivers were patient and understanding while waiting for us. This is probably my favorite limo service. We live in the country. I would've assumed that they would've had a hard time finding our location , but NO" they found it on time and courteous. We had a woman driver she was extremely nice and super sweet. The driver Got us to our location on time and home as expected. The driving was exceptional in downtown Chicago. My driver Christopher showed up early, the car was immaculately clean and he ensured the temperature was to my liking. I'm one of the drivers for Reliable and know the people that I work with quite well. They are good people! The owner and management care that the customers are having a good experience! If there is a problem, they make it right. Very rarely is there a issue when a driver isn't where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there. Great company!
