Very fast service. Robert called me back right away. He was at my house fairly quickly for rush hour period. I had a door with no key to it and I needed a rekey. He picked the lock and rekeyed all with in an hour. The only thing is I never received a quote over the phone and when I asked what form of payment her took he said cash is always good. I'm sure it is but I hardly ever carry cash and especially not over $100. He did take CC which was very handy.Altogether I think it was pricey for one door but I am satisfied with the service. read more

Skilled, honest and effective communicator are the best ways to describe Robert. All three doors in our 70-year-old home needed attention whether it was their handles, locks, spindles, etc. Robert barely got through the door and began to work diligently.
