Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. Initially when I called Protector windows and door to come out and give me an estimate to rehang the door, one of the employees named Chris said there would be a charge of $189 just to come out (every other door company that came out to measure did not charge me), so I sent them a video picture of the new framing. Protector Window told me they would charge me a total of $696.00 to put the door back on. There competitor (Duraweld Door) is only charging me $450 for the same job. I will NEVER use Protector Window and Door again. I will be going to there competitor from now on.
