Called for a door repair and made the mistake of giving a deposit. Now 2 months later no repair a hand full of promises and nothings been done. Asked for my deposit back and now he has ghosted us if you want to give money away and not have the work done this is a great company for that. Don't trust this company to do what they say. I'll start off by saying that they did quality work and their technician was helpful. However, they charged me $600 to replace a garage spring ($490+ $80 labor + tax) that I later found out should have cost me $400 max. I trusted their quote since it was about 5° outside and I didn't want to be stuck with a nonworking garage door for any longer. However I must say I'm disappointed they took advantage of me in this fashion. I'll live and learn and get more quotes next time, but I want to be sure my fellow consumers are aware. It was on Sunday, January 7,2018 when I discovered that the locking mechanism on my side door and the knob itself had became partially dislodged from it's base. My initial thought was that I would not be able to call upon anyone's services until the next day. However, I happened to wander upon this business in the Yelp directory and to my pleasant surprise, David answered the phone. We're saved! We were in serious trouble. My sister who is more like She-Hulk broke her key off in the door. We couldn't even open up the door from the inside! Crazy right. Nadav was quick to respond and come out to fix the issue. We decided to go with new door knobs because we've been having issues for a while now. Nadav, let us know our options and did an amazing job. If I could give more than one star I would, the guy who's number is 248-790-3080 is terrible!!! He told me that the 480 dollars that I paid him was no money and his technician left door pieces and screws in my garage on the ground for me to drive over, after one week of NF installing a automatic garage door opener, my door went crazy and wouldn't close the guy told me maybe I closed something in it although the door has sensors they installed them!!!! I found NF Locksmith through Yelp and contacted them to rekey all of the locks at my newly purchased home. They were able to come at the exact date and time I wanted and showed up right on time. He gave me a quote right away and it was very reasonable. He was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed a janky lock on the front door and replaced an old doorknob as well.
