You can tell they genuinely care about their work and have a desire to make you happy. I was continually asked if their was anything I wanted them to do differently. As the progressed, there were a number of things I realized I needed done (hanging new doors, installing cabinets, small plumbing repairs) and they were able to take care of everything I asked. This is a firm that genuinely wants to excel and do an outstanding job. They listen to everything you say and do their best to honor your requests and ensure their level of work meets your standards. You can tell they have pride in their work. I was extremely pleased with everything they did. The quality of work they do is exceptional and at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Marcel and Carlo and plan to use them for anything that comes up in the future.

There were multiple issues, A wheel barrel thrown off the roof of the 4 story build. Tar got into the ac condensate line that 3 of the 4 units had to have the walls cut open and the pipe changed out. On the first floor we had to have the foundation of the residents patio dug up to get the condensate line replace under the patio. Rocky said it was not them. They also closed off one of the mansard hatches on the roof. Their office could not get the invoices correct they had the build numbers and invoices missed matched, and after I sent them copies of the invoices they sent us and gave them a copies of the checks we sent to them their office still could not comprehend the invoice was paid, they even threatened going to court, I was ready as I had all my paperwork in order (it never went to court), I even offered to go to the office and help them out. There were a total of 4 buildings that were 4 stories that were contracted with Rocky to re-roof. There were 2 fires that got out of hand from the tar pot and the fire department had to be called. Im glad that the people that hired this company for a single family house we satisfied However I would not recommend this company for anything over a single story. Do your homework.

I contacted them to clean the roof again using environmentally safe products. Half way through their cleaning I could smell a strong odor of bleach. So much so, I could smell it from my neighbors house. I contacted (Matt) who was in charge, and requested his presence as my lawn was fried/ turning brown, due to the use of bleach which I made clear not to use. He refused to come see the damage to my lawn by the use of bleach. He accused me of "not maintaining my lawn and not watering my lawn." I advised him that my water bills are over $200.00 per month to maintain the large yard. ( as we were in a dry spell at that time) He scuffed at my reply and again refused to respond to inspect/view the damage for himself. Picture are attached. Never again will I use this company. Matt obviously can't tell the difference between a chemically burned lawn and allegedly no-watering. Please view the grass around the burn; it is in great shape. That is what that area used to look like. This Matt has nothing to do with your brags of customers. It has to do with my freedom of truth/fact that this is burned due to chemicals. But, you can't have an opinion because you never cared to show up in person to view it.

Not a big deal however when I noticed they were back on my block doing a neighbor's house, I asked William, the leader of the workers to please do what he could to remove the stains. They tried, he said but they could not be completely removed with pressure. I then asked him if they could paint over it since I had the leftover paint, which would have taken 15 minutes tops. William informed me that the stains were caused by dirt in the tracks under my windows, like it was my fault (who cleans their window tracks? - I never asked them to spray my windows, only the roof so his workers caused the stains.) I said, your man left before inspecting the house to make sure all was good, to which he responded "No, No, No, No, No" that's not my problem." I attempted to convince him that it was his workers that left the stains and it would be good business practice to fix the problem but he ignored me and left. I called the office and his wife apologized and offered to have them come to paint it another day but after thinking about it, since William did not apologize to me directly, I did not want to deal with him again after being treated so rudely. 2 stars for decent work but poor attitude and customer service by WIlliam.
