They seem to gain favor of the boards but fail miserably to serve the unit owners with any graciousness or courtesy. If you have any say in your association, advise your board to run as fast and as far as they can from this management company. As one who have led property management departments and companies, I can tell you that the petty oppression practiced by Northborough is sadly not uncommon but should have no place in our community. They are disrespectful to unit owners and downright dismissive to renters. They will make our association or complex a darker place than it is without them.
