This management company is the pits. To put it nicely they do nothing but blow smoke up your arse. Rob is not a person to handle this type of business. No personality, talks crap on a cracker, never gets things done until threatened with the BOH. Disrespectful/cocky. Some of these businesses he hires to do repairs are cesspool at best. When they do get a good contract maintenance man, they treat them horrible and quit after they tire of fighting with them to get paid. We've have had at least 4 different blding managers, met them by luck, were never given numbers names when personnel changes, complete chaos in the office. Loads more but you get the drift. I am a real estate investor and have had to threaten this manager several times with legal action to get the minimum done. I am a tenant in a home under contract with Jordan Property Solutions. Worst property management company ever. Most of the time Rob's people do not respond to issues and when they do the people that come are less than qualified. Left me we without heat for two months from October to December. Rob thought it was good enough to have me use multiple space heaters to keep warm. Sent carpenter to fix leaking faucet. Replaced faucet but hooked hot water to cold and cold to hot. Had water leaking from ceiling. Took 2 days to respond and never fixed interior water damage to apartment. Sent handyman to clean gutters annualy who talked on phone the entire time and never cleaned correctly. Always clogged downspouts and overflowing gutters. Sent same worthless person to repair bathroom shower tiles. He came and left tiles hanging without attaching and no grout. Pulled siding away from house to remove bees nest but never came back to put siding back together for 3 years. Landlord alw as ts has to step in to call in professionals to fix the mess left behind by Jordsn Properties. The issues go on and on. If you are a landlord be advised that he will charge you for shorty repairs and run your property into the ground. If you are a potential tenant, run as fast as you can. Recently I had 2 problems, they came and fixed them, but neither problem was completely fixed. They did a half ass job and had to come back the following day. They are terrible to work with and extremely rude. They have the WORST customer service. They never answer the maintenance extension when you call and when you leave a message they never call you back, even though the message says "we will return your call shortly". I live in a Building serviced by Robert and the quality/responsiveness to issues has seriously degraded! For the first year a few projects were completed, but going in to the third year tickets will remain open for months with out being addressed. Residents put in at least 5 tickets regarding a building entryway that was not locking. The response from Robert "Can't people just pull the door closed behind them". Three days ago another resident entered a ticket of a Bat in their unit. Robert has yet to show up and or respond to the email/ticket. read more

I cannot even press one star I have never in my life been treated so poorly bye mr. Robert who at the time promised how this apartment was perfect for a single mother and her daughter and when I two weeks later found out that there was mold in that apartment and it also leaked water and gases and nothing was done about it I had to get the state representative involved and when I asked mr. Jordan why he is doing this he replied that he could because he knew I was young and had nothing and no one was working for Weichert Realtors Property Solutions kept me 29 years old and my three-year-old daughter in a mold-infested unit and I keep reading that the response from Jordan Property Solutions is this person never lived here well you can look me up I lived at 130 Central Street in the basement with my daughter which was never maintained I was even hit in pictures taken of me without me knowing by him very very unprofessional and because I was alone and did not have money he felt he could act this way in to the other tenants that did not speak English or we're Portuguese horrible horrible never recommend read more

The worst of the worst when it comes to property rental companies. Rude staff that does everything they can to avoid fixing any issues whatsoever. Stayed with them a year, and that was a year too long. I was supposed to have heat included in my apartment. The pipes froze in october I complained numerous times to get them to fix it. Their solution was to ue my electrical bill to power space heaters they gave me until they fixed it. They never fixed it and only repaid a portion of the electricity used. I had to call the board of health on other issues because the owner and staff are so adament on not fixing anything. They have absolutely no standard when it comes to customer service. Oh, and by the way, the walls may as well be made out of cardboard, I could hear every cough, sneeze, and "other" sound from the neighbors every day and night. You're better off in your mom's basement than renting from these clowns. Trust me read more
