We would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were recommended to us by two of our neighbors.They arrived when they said they would, and were very helpful and professional. Scott gave a few recommendations to help with our septic issues. He and his assistant were not able to complete their work the first day until our electrician came to check other wiring to the system. I don't know how reliable their work is because they never showed up when they said they would.

Called them and talked to Scott. Great personality. He advised me to get the wires fixed first on the pump in order for me to try and save money first and that if that did not work, to give him a call back. Rigging the wires back up did not work, called him at dinnertime and they were here first thing Tuesday am and installed new pump. They showed me exactly what was being done and told us no need to pump out the septic system so that saved us money too. Honesty at its best. They could have taken advantage of us on 2 occasions, as they could have easily told me straight out, they need to put in a new pump, or they needed to pump out tank for an extra 300, but they did not. He was honest, friendly and professional. I know who I'm hiring for all future problems for my septic problems. read more

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I just purchased a HUD home and needed to have the septic system checked - no telling how long it had been since it was serviced. I called Reliable Septic and spoke with the owner, Scott. I made an appointment for the next day and they actually arrived early!!! After examining my system, Reliable told me there was no need to pump it, as it was in good working order. They told me to call them back in 4 -5 years, explained how to maintain my septic system and what to look out for if a problem presents itself. Trustworthy, knowledgable, and great at explaining your septic system and giving you options. They came highly recommended and I would do the same. They are honest and when it comes to septic services you definitely want things permitted. Unfortunately a year after we we moved into a home we found out that our septic wasn't done to the size it needed and some things were hacked which we are now paying for. Reliable Septic walked us through options of what to try before we spent a lot of money. He cares for his clients and it shows by the hard work and honesty he puts into his jobs.
