Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. The car had a dead battery but not only did he get it jumped (and towed), he actually CALLED me while there, took pictures and video of the car, and gave me a description of the car and all details which was a huge piece of mind.
