We were visiting the area overnight from Washington and we came out from our hotel to a dead battery due to the trunk latching weird. The hotel person that tried to jump us was useless and couldn't figure it out and said he couldn't help us. I said I did have AAA and would call them and he left he told us "Good luck with that it will take them hours!!!" I called AAA who transferred me to CAA. Within 45 minutes from me calling AAA, CHAYCE from Reliable Towing was at my car. He was able to jump my car with in a minute where as the hotel guy spent 10 minutes and couldn't figure it out and gave up. Chance was very professional and even showed my 14 year old daughter how to hook up the cables on my car to jump the battery. We chatted a bit about hockey and us visiting from Washington. The PERFECT tow. Absolutely everything about situation was handled perfectly. First class operation with first class operators. My operator Michael called me ahead of time to make sure I was OK and when he arrived he informed me that he had picked up a couple of bottles of water and one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've ever had, because I had to wait in the heat with nowhere to hide beside my convertible. Even with covid-19, he let me ride in the truck with him and we had a hoot talking about everything under the sun. He even drove me home after we dropped of my car at my mechanic's, 275kms away(BCAA) and because it was almost midnight, he even drove me home. Called yesterday to get my work vehicle started to go to an emergency call for a house who flooded on Christmas, I called at 3:30 I waited till 11 pm before going to bed with a no show and no call when I called this morning I was meet with a rude condescending operator on the phone saying it's too bad and I'm still 30 in que . About a week ago my son and I were at our chiropractor appointment at Lougheed and 203st in maple ridge. I must have some how ran over a nail before parking and did not here the air leaking out of my tire. When I came back to my vehicle my front tire was flat and I did not even realize this vehicle had no spare mostly due to the over size aftermarket tires. I called around getting some very brief and some what rude "we are too busy or it will be at least two hours" responses and those were quoting for more then I was willing to spend on some delivered air. Working my way down the list I found Reliable Towing Mission Ltd and the ad said serving maple ridge as well as other areas so I called them got a very kind lady on the phone that said she has a truck just 4 blocks away she will send him right over for some air in between his next call. I didn't believe it as from my experience most tow truck operators think they are some sort of god that holds your fate and wallets at their discretion until you are finally done with them. But to my surprise not even 10 mins later this flat deck truck pulled into the parking lot parked right behind me jumped out and and pulled an air hose out of his tool box filled up my tire and when I asked how much he said he thought it was paid for I said no and he said oh well it's ok sir it's on us this time have a great day. So I scraped my jaw off of the ground being astonished at that split second of kindness and took my car to the tire shop where they found five nails awesome.
