We gave them the name and address of the mechanic we wanted our car dropped off at, little did we know the mechanic moved and didn't change the address, the tow truck dropped it off anyways despite it having a completely different name then what we gave him and did not notify us. he left the car in a random lot unlocked with the keys in the ignition. I was driving up to Bellingham this weekend to visit The Dude when my car started making a funny noise. My initial reaction was, of course, complete denial that the noise I heard was in any way related to my vehicle. But when the noise started again a few minutes later, I quickly pulled over to the side and...long story short...yes, it was indeed my vehicle making the noise and...yadda yadda yadda...the car was NOT going to make it to Bellingham. Or even, for that matter, to the next exit. So I quickly logged into Allstate's towing service app. I was relieved to know that payment I pay EVERY SINGLE FREAKING MONTH for roadside assistance was finally going to be useful. Imagine my surprise when, 40 minutes after submitting a request, I got a call from a robotic-like rep from Allstate letting me know they couldn't find a towing company to help me. Luckily, while not "in network", ASAP Towing was available and that's when things started to get better - despite semi trucks and travel trailers continuing to whip past my car at 70 mph. Once Allstate's lame roadside assistance was out of the loop, I was put in touch with the very friendly dispatcher from ASAP who assured me a truck would arrive in 20 minutes. And sure enough, within a few more minutes my friendly tow truck driver, Henry, was on the phone and letting me know he was about 7 minutes away. He verified my location and, just like that, he had arrived, checked out my car, and got 'er all hooked up to his truck. 10 more minutes later, a comfortable ride with the very professional and pleasant Henry in his tow truck, and my car was safely at a local mechanic waiting to get looked at today. Using a towing company is rarely (if ever?) something we plan on when we start the day, but I was incredibly impressed with ASAP and with Henry, and would definitely use their services if (knock on wood) I ever needed them again in the future. read more

I wouldn't use them again because I don't like the lack of ppl skills and well it is a social business where h have to interact with ppl. So social skills r a must. Daughter got her car stuck in mud at an estate sale along side another little sedan while visiting Bellingham recently and we were in trouble. I immediately pulled out my phone and turned to Yelp and found ASAP towing. They were great. They us a 2 car discount and arrived in an hour as promised. The text updates letting us know they were on the way really helped as I had several children with me and I knew they were going to get impatient. The driver was fantastic and was quickly able to pull both cars out of the muddy grass despite the tricky driveway. Recently I was stranded in Bellingham and had no idea what to do...I called so many different businesses and was re routed and re routed.... The sign in the parking lot was asap towing. I called (and...yes I cried...ALOT i cant stand car trouble and fear of not knowing where to go or who to turn to) and the dispatcher was calming soothing and ready to help. She told me what to do and when the first tow truck arrived it was like a life boat coming to the rescue. The entire team was beyond helpful. The training manager onsite was professional, courteous, and I couldn't believe the amount of patience and kindness all three of those gentlemen had. This was a terrifying day for me; and without these Heroes, I have no idea what I would have done. They helped more than just towing me to my favorite service station. They listened, they cared...I wish I could do more to give back to this team. You can tell, this company is going places. Called roadside assist & the driver that showed up was very nice and helpful, but was unable to tow because the truck was stuck in park. My brother-in-law was able to get his truck into neutral, called roadside assist again. Nobody showed up, called roadside assist again (3rd time) to be told the claim is being denied. My brother-in-law called the tow company to explain the truck was in neutral and could be towed, the guy he spoke to was a jerk & very rude. Then my sister called & spoke to a lady....again tried to explain the truck was in neutral & able to be towed. That lady was rude also and actually HUNG UP the phone while my sister was talking. Apparently ASAP is the ONE company contracted for Roadside Assist in this area and THEY were the ones to deny the claim, but lied & told my sister & brother-in-law that the insurance was denying it, saying the truck was still in park. When my sister told the lady "I am standing right here at the vehicle and it's in neutral" the lady replied she was not going to listen to her argue, that's when she hung up on my sister. I would not recommend this company ever! read more

I was legally parked in the Walgreens parking lot for 5 minutes total, and ASAP Towing lifted my car while I was in my own home. They told me it would be $50 to lower the car, and they charged me $250. Don't let this company lie and cheat you out of your money because they will. read more

They don't enforce the tow signs at the apartment complexes they supposedly service. Tenants have paid parking slots. Four times now, random people who don't even live here park in those paid spots, but Asap towing always found an excuse to weasel their way out of sending a tow truck for any of them, telling the tenants they're basically f***ed. The woman who answers the phone at Asap was drowsy, rude, and unhelpful. I get the feeling she just wants to do the absolute littlest possible. Apartment complexes need to find a different company to handle towing parking violations because this one just can't be asked to do anything about it. read more

Extremely misleading about cost. They were called to move a vehicle 15 feet back into a parking spot. They were told on the phone a front wheel had fallen off (catastrophic bearing failure) and they offered to do it for $20... It sounded too good to be true, and it was. They billed $200 for this 15 foot move, without once mentioning that the cost would be higher. If the price sounds too good to be true, it's because it is. Be sure to ask what it will cost once the truck gets there! speaking of getting there... we were told they were 30 minutes away. It took 2 hours for them to arrive. read more

Called geico after wrecking my wheel up on the ice for a tow job, they assigned me ASAP Towing. Their name is an openly blatant lie, the initial wait was over ten hours, they are currently over two hours past that with no updates whatsoever from the company. Ive been given the run around when i tried to call them, and GEICO isnt having any luck on an update either. Its been 12 hours since i requested towing and i still have no idea when theyll bother to either show up or even update me on the situation. They have my phone number, and an online tracker.
