Terrible experience and absolutely unacceptable service. I paid $118 to have important court documents served in Big Bear, and I never received any confirmation or follow-up from this company. After waiting two and a half weeks with no update--on a restraining order, no less--I had to track down the process server myself to confirm the documents were served. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially given the urgency and sensitivity of the situation. It has now been 26 days, and I still haven't heard a single word from this company. Their lack of communication and responsibility left me feeling exposed and anxious. Avoid this place at all costs. I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I literally dropped a resume off in person AND via email and it got tossed around for nearly 6-7 months. I called and emailed Aaron along with the other office ladies: "We're almost done with it, we'll be sure to give you a call by 5pm". After damn near 7 months I received that call. Came to the office and seen Aaron herself, the women acted as if she had no CLUE what was going on, remind you, this is after many back and forth conversations between us! RUDE!! my wife and i filed an uncontested divorce 11 months and 2 weeks ago. we are approaching 12 months of waiting for a very simple divorce to finalize. the delay was primarily due to the delayed submission of documents to the court, as well as incorrectly completed and missing documents. to put this into perspective, since filing for divorce there has been a distribution of the covid-19 vaccine, the united states of america has a new president, and tom brady won superbowl mvp. us service members beware. do not go to reliance legal for any legal services. pay the extra amount elsewhere, to a reliable legal service provider. i will be more than willing to share my specific experiences with this place as well as make recommendations on other legal service providers in the area. read more

Aaron was very helpful at first, but after I sent her some docs I didn't hear back from her. I tried to follow up a few times with no response. Perhaps my emails went to her spam folder.I would hate to think I was being ignored.
