This company heavily depends on the person that you get to do that job. If you are speaking to the…read moretechnicians some of them of very nice and some of them are unprofessional it seems. What I mean by this is some of them get exactly what you want done and others will try to up sell you on things, this is most likely because they earn commission from this which I understand but sometimes it gets a little out of hand. I would recommend getting a quote or consultation first seeing what the technician says and then getting another company to look at it and see what they say. Local companies are always going to do the work for cheaper. Another thing people constantly have an issue with is the scheduling of their appointment as many times appointments end up getting moved to another day depending on their availability of their technicians on that day which unfortunately happens a lot as sometimes there just isn't someone near by or depending on what the appointment is it could be pushed back for emergencies for other customers. Customer service on the other hand has very nice people who genuinely just want to help you with whatever your issue is as long as you explain the situation to them.

He did a great job running the electric to the vaulted ceiling with minimal opening of the dry wall. I don't know how he does it without opening more of the wall! He did a long list of other electrical things around the house that were long over due. We just had him back last month to install a ceiling fan in our master bedroom that had nothing on the ceiling. Not only does he do great work, he is very personable. I felt very comfortable having him in our home. Also, Mike, who works his schedule, is a really nice guy on the phone. He's easy to talk with and I can tell he does his best to accommodate your schedule the best he can.
