Therefore, I planned to stagger our arrival. I arrived around 11:35. I requested a 90 minute massage and was told " no 60 minute better". She was going to massage my husband afterwards so I understood. My massage started at 11:45 AM. The doorbell Rand around 12::00 PM. A white gentlemen entered who seemed to be a regular based on the conversation that I overheard she told him she was busy and asked if he could come back in 30 minutes. He said no and told her he'd return some other time. He was about to leave when she proceeds to tell him " wait, I'll take you now" . I thought this was odd since she was the only worker there. She then comes back to my room and tells me that my massage will now be 30 minutes, and is over. Then asks me i"is that ok" . I informed her that I overheard the conversation and this was terrible customer service. She hasn't even massaged me for 30 minutes. I have never been to such an unprofessional establishment. I attempted to try it a place I wouldn't typically look twice at because it was local and convenient, but boy do I regret that. BEWARE. Unprofessional, racist facility.
