Reservation was generated and the pickup location was Cheaper and Better on Jackson St. The lady behind the counter said she doesn't have any trucks and hasn't had any for weeks. So she gives me the phone numbers and locations of 3 other Uhaul rentals. Two no answer and the third didn't have any trucks. Uhaul has really gone downhill for the last several years.
